Il maque les bouteilles d eau dans les chambres, a chaque il faut remplir des caraffes d eau a l etage.... en plus elle a pas bon gout

Un très beau séjour, on vous remercie infiniment.
On a trop aimé l animation, la chambre aussi est spacieuse, votre professionnalisme, votre réactivité aussi.
Tout était parfait et à nos attention.

Cons:

On a une petite remarque par rapport à l accès aux autres restaurations, qu on a pas eu l occasion de déguster pour son indisponibilité.

Très bien passé je recommande
Pros:

Tout surtout la propreté , l’accueil, service , cuisine

Cons:

La qualité d’eau potable, il n’y a pas de bouteille d’eau dans ma suite, pas de lumière dans le couloir jetait obligé chaque fois j’allume mon portable une seule lumière ( lampe)la chambre ( suite) .

Le choix dans le buffet pas varie et repetitf et labsence dune permanence medecîn ou infirmier en cas de soucis de sante infirmier dispo a berkane 1h de route..mieu vaut pas etre malade..

Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel !
Un hôtel génial, conforme à nos attentes, très propre et parfaitement entretenu.
Un immense merci à tout le personnel, qui a été au top tout au long de notre séjour. Mention spéciale aux serveurs Hamza et Younes, ainsi qu'aux animateurs Ilyas, The Happy Man et Houssein, qui ont mis une superbe ambiance.
Un grand merci également à Abdelouahid, le serveur de la piscine, toujours souriant et serviable.
Les femmes de ménage ont fait un travail remarquable : la chambre était impeccable chaque jour.
Enfin, un grand bravo à Khalil, du restaurant, toujours aux petits soins et très attentionné.
Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Le seul point négatif de notre séjour a été la panne de l'ascenseur, qui a occasionné quelques désagréments.

Onze verblijf was erg goed gegaan. Fantastische plek. Mijn advies om meer activiteiten en feesten te organiseren voor alle leeftijden . Zwembaden waren ruim en schoon en kamers ook
