Pros:

Great AC unit is room
Nice lobby
Great location near shopping, lake , restaurants

Cons:

The walls and windows are pretty thin
On weekends a blues bar plays music across the street, wasn't really annoying I fell asleep fine
Sometimes guests were smoking cigarettes just outside my room
Plumbing has a slow drip so the bathroom floor is always very wet
Priced about 2x the rate of simpler hotels but worth it in my opinion
