Bad hotel and very bad staff treatment
Nothing interesting. I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is cozy though it could be upgraded and improved. The owner should pay more attention to the investments to his/her hotel’s condition.
The best advantage is its location - just couple of minutes walking to metro station and all festooned are easily accessible.
The Hotel’s neighbourhood is rich for food varieties and options.
I stayed a couple of days. And my stay was disturbed by the repair/construction noise which was being done in a neighboring building. The rest was fine. Hopefully is is done and future guests will enjoy the their stay.

Nothing
The air conditioning was very poor and sometimes didn’t work at all. The staff were unfriendly and paid little attention to the problems I experienced during my stay. In addition, the bathroom drain did not work properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable
The staff was very friendly
The room had some issues like the slow internet, shower missed the shower door, breakfast didn’t have coffee.

За 3 дня уборка ни разу пришёл!
Staff behavior was perfect
it was so noisy and not clean at all.

I stayed at New City Hotel in Istanbul and had a great experience. The staff were very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I want to especially thank Kadir, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. His attention and service made a real difference.

The staff is so humble and The Cute Girl on the reception was so polite and respectful.
I like everything: Towel, sleeper, handwash, showergel, hair Drier was included.
The hotel is near to the bus stop, tram station and surrounded with all necessities.
Worth to visit and stay again.

Excellent stay! Soliman and Cengiz were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is in the heart of Istanbul, just a short walk from Nişantaşı and only 2 minutes from the metro, with great shopping, restaurants, and cafés nearby
It’s close to public transport
All the streets near hotel are uphill and downhill. The rooms are old and dirty.
