Have a room
This hotel charges more than many much better hotels, yet the reality is completely different from what is shown in the pictures. The photos are deceiving and do not reflect the actual condition or service.
The mattress was very uncomfortable and of poor quality. During winter, the room heater was not working at all. When we complained, the staff showed no real concern. We asked to change the room, but they said the heating system was broken in all rooms. Instead, they gave us a portable heater, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging this price. There was no apology, no courtesy, and no price reduction offered.
The breakfast was another major disappointment. The pictures clearly showed a breakfast buffet, but when we asked about it, we were told they no longer offer a buffet and that breakfast would be sent to our room. What we received was extremely low-grade and cheap: mostly bread, some cheap cheese, boiled eggs, and no vegetables at all. It was very poor and not befitting any hotel, especially at this price point.
It is no surprise that we were the only guests staying in the entire hotel. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Много е тихо през нощта, което за района е добре, пълно е с изгодни хранителни магазини и locantasi наблизо, както и много удобни транспортни връзки, вкл. и метро. На няколко спирки от пл. Таксим, мостът Галата, Бешикташ, болница Мемориал и мн.други.
Закуската също е добра - порцион със сирене, кашкавалче, доматче, краставичка, маслини, обикновен салам, масълце, сладко, яйца варени и пържени, хлебчета и чай, кафе, мляко
Определено препоръчвам, от 4 броя хотела в квартала, които бяха и по-скъпи, този най ми допадна, защото не е на централна улица и е спокоен.
Задължително си купете Истанбулкарт за градския транспорт, зареждайте я и пътувайте далече и изгодно, Сан Стефано ( днешен Йешилкьой) е на 1 час само с 2 бр . транспорт, около 2,20 лева ( 1,10 евро) излиза отиването.
На рецепцията говорят английски и упътват коректно.
Повече салата да дават на закуска за сметка на салама и кренвиршите, които се избягват от гостите
التجربة بشكل عام عادية ولا تحمل تميزًا واضحًا. مستوى النظافة والخدمة مقبولان، لكن الفندق يحتاج إلى تحسينات كثيرة سواء في الصيانة أو جودة المرافق والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. الموقع مناسب، إلا أن السعر لا يعكس بالكامل مستوى التجربة الحالية. مناسب للإقامة القصيرة فقط، ومع التحسين يمكن أن يكون خيارًا أفضل
The hotel is located near m2 metro station. This makes it an exceptional choice if you want to see all the major attractions of the city. The staff was kind and friendly.
The building itself it’s a little bit old and more of the staff inside the room need an update but everything works fine. It is not a problem at all if you are going to use the room just for a regular sleep and not for the hotel experience.

Location is very convenient within minutes to metro station. It was clean and the personal was very polite and very helpful. They let us to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out which was essential for our good time in the city. The neighbourhood was nice full of shops and places to eat.
There was nice balcony but only one chair. We were two.

Расположение было лично для меня удобным, так как мне приходилось каждое утро ходить в Конгресс центр, и он был в 10 минутах пешей ходьбы. Относительно чисто. Вода горячая холодная с очень хорошим напором воды.
Шумоизоляция вообще ни о чем. Каждый день один и тот же ассортимент завтрака
Lokacija hotela je dobra, metro je u blizini od 150m. Nalazi se u blizini mnogo kafica, lokala i marketa. Inicijalno su sobe bile čiste, ali spremačica nije došla 5 dana u sobu radi čišćenja. U sobi imate sve sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak.
Doručak je izuzetno loš, nije raznovrstan, mala količina hrane, neukusno. Osoblje je ljubazno, ali jako loše govori engelski jezik. Kreveti su neudobni, dušeci jako tvrdi. Sobe do ulice su jako bučne.
