清潔感があり、お部屋がスタイリッシュで広々としていました。軽朝食と書いてありましたが、パンの種類も豊富で、かわいいドーナツやヨーグルト、ドライフルーツなど、全ておしゃれに並べられていて、女子としてはテンションが上がりました。

It’s a very convenient location especially for visitors of USJ and the aquarium.
Facilities are very good for a family (we are a family of four) by being super clean, up to date, unique breakfast varieties, spacious and plenty of amenities, including comfortable pajamas!

C’est une belle surprise ! un hébergement qui en offre plus que ce qui est attendu et à tous points de vue : confortable, spacieux, bien équipé, généreux (petit déjeuner, boissons), accueillant. Une belle expérience !

Zimmer sind geräumig und gross. Grosser TV-Bildschirm. Betten bequem. Mit Kaffee/Teebar. ÖV ca. 50m entfernt. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar zu Fuss in 10 Minuten. Ruhige Gegend. Schweizer Kaffeemaschine> super Kaffee. Leider jeden Tag dasselbe Frühstück, keine Abwechslung, eher einfach gehalten mit Salat, kleine Gipfeli und ein paar Dörrfrüchten und Donuts. Mineralwasser und O-saft vorhanden. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sails and highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with young children. The rooms were an absolute standout—spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly capacious, which gave our family plenty of space to unpack and relax comfortably.

The location is brilliant. It sits in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, yet it is exceptionally well-connected—the metro station is just steps away. It was incredibly convenient for our family trips to the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan and Legoland Discovery Center, both of which are just a short, easy walk from the hotel. To top it all off, the staff were wonderfully friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean, conveniently located with easy access to the train, and offered a great breakfast spread each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

A special shoutout to Akiyoshi Keita, Sakai Nozomi, and Bhujel Nabin for their patience and kindness in assisting us with our many questions throughout our stay. Their outstanding service truly made our experience even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend SAILS Osaka to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay that's away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being easily accessible.

The hotel was super conveniently located, just seconds away from Osakako station. The hotel was also just a 10-minute walk from an airport bus stop, making the trip from the airport to the hotel very easy. The hotel was also right next to several convenience stores and drug stores. The hotel room itself was very spacious, with a living room area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary snacks and drinks served daily were also a great addition to our stay.
