The hotel is very convenient & comfortable, and very good value for money.
Pros:

This is a small friendly hotel, very clean large rooms furnished to a high standard, located centrally for easy access to many parts of the city. Very good value for money.

Huge room, on site parking, comfy bed, good breakfast

Cons:

Parking was in their off street garage. Needed to get reception to open it for us and sometimes move cars to get in and out. Only minor inconvenience though.

Breakfast was to order off the menu, not many vegetarian options.
Vegetarian option was of very poor quality. Toasted Sandwich was quiet disappointing .Bread was poor quality.

Sugar Hotel made my stay in Cape Town even more fun
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. It was the first time that I have booked into a facility where the provisions for coffee and tea were enough and that you don't have to ask for more or buy for yourself. The breakfast was very good and service was quick

Cons:

I was very happy with everything, and I really have nothing to complain about.

Ótimo custo x benefício
Pros:

Ótima localização, 10 minutos de caminhada do Waterfront (como estava sozinha, não aconselho vir andando a noite, de dia OK) e também bem próximo ao estádio. Na avenida principal tem pontos de transporte publico e é bem movimentado. Perto há restaurantes, lojas, mercado, etc. Tive um upgrade de quarto com uma boa cama, chuveiro, limpeza. O café da manhã é basico (você recebe um menu para escolher) porém bem gostoso. Portaria 24h bem solicita.

Cons:

café da manhã poderia ser self service ao invés de menu. Mas a comido é excelente
