Easy to find , staff were very friendly and chatty

All staff worked hard but still managed to be pleasant and helpful. Lady who checked us in, also served drinks, sorted us out about the pool as well as dealing with many other customers. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast in the morning. Food and service was perfect. Loved the facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The bed was not very comfortable. The toilet didn't flush very well.
Great central location. Much larger inside than it looks from outside. Great function room and loved the outside area to sit out and enjoy a few drinks in the sun! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much bother and they are definitely a credit to you!
Room and private bathroom quite tired looking and need freshening up to look cleaner. Problem with shower (room 10) so unable to use as shower head wouldn’t stay up as soon as switched on. Lovely hot bath instead though! Borrowed hair dryer and iron and ironing board from reception. Iron wasn’t clean and left a black mark on my top which was disappointing.
Good Location, breakfast was good.
Room was good and bad. Overpowering smell of airfreshener, a very noisy sliding door to the toilet which did not fully close, no shower mat. Mattress was comfortable and additional pillows and a hairdryer were provided.

Staff are very welcoming. Always good to get a dip in the pool and jacuzzi.
The room was good and had everything needed. It was spacious enough for two people and seemed clean. The staff were all lovely and incredibly friendly.
The shower in the room was pretty tricky to get right. The hotel also has an in-house club. We stayed for Friday and Saturday night and both nights, the music was very audible and went on until 2am.
The staff made the hotel, super friendly and accommodating with my 6 month old. Helped us order taxis and nothing was too much of a hassle.
Hot rooms due to sunny weather and not being able to open windows. Also door handle for room was coming away.
