Not good value for money!
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

I booked and was charged for ocean view apartment. I was given garden view! Cold shower and bathroom shower was creating puddle, seems water draining problems. We paid more for this apartment not worth per night!

Large size rooms

Cons:

That I was charged twice on my credit card for my stay. I slipped and sprained my knees getting out of the pool due to lack of nonslip surface. They tried to charge me more than the regular rate for late checkout. No dryer. Clothes came out of the washing machine with a bad odor.

Great accommodation. Very spacious living and Kitchen area. Good rooms with lots of storage/closet options.

Had minor issue with kitchen sink blockage during our stay. Otherwise our experience was good.

Staff was excellent, location is great.

Cons:

The lights around the exterior of the building is bright and allows too much light inside and there is no way to block it. The roosters start at 3am. Guest were in the pool after midnight and they were loud. Shower drains was not draining because drain is on the wrong side of the shower floor.

House keeping staff were friendly and always present to assist.
Pros:

Location was good, room layout was spacious and very clean

Cons:

Absence of maintenance staff, we had kitchen drain pipe backup issue no professional repair staff came. Onsite owner kept on applying guesswork fix. Drain water from upper floor units backed in to my unit (103) which needed mopping and wiping dry with towels.
This unit had this issue more than three days.
We found on asking that there was no hot water in kitchen and one(1) bathroom.
TV box is full of Asian, Chinese material, nothing for Indian customers who seem to make about 60% of occupants.
Access road from Wailoaloa main road is bare grade and not even smoothly gravelled. Rocky and narrow.
