Everything!
No breakfsst
Place was very dirty. The bathroon floor was disgusting. The amount of dust inside the rooms was unacepltable for the price that we paid. The fans and many other places like windows and all surfaces you could imagine was build up dirty. I went to the front door to ask for the lady a discount and the manager didnt came out to speak with me and at least see the videos from the areas that was very dirty. So disapointed for the Price that I paid.
Air conditioning didn't work properly and I still haven't heard back from the property.
The staff was friendly and the location was great!
There are 2 steps down to the bathroom in the room, very dangerous at night! There was a $20 per night parking fee, didn't know that until the day before our arrival. Thought I had reserved a queen studio and got a double queen instead. I was told "you have to read the fine print" when booking.

Location
Thin walls I could hear people next door talking
The price is good, and the location is good. The beach nearby is really beautiful. Parking costs $10 one night, which is acceptable.

The room has ceiling fans and an ac and heater. There is a secure gate for entry to the property . The staff is friendly
Nothing
The location. The manager was nice.
No restroom in the lobby to use while we waited for our room. Once our room was ready, we tried to flush the toilet. The toilet chain was disconnected from the inside of the tank. We called the office and they said the maintenance guy wouldn’t be there until the following day and there was not another room available unless we wanted a smaller space with no ktichenette. We ended up tying a string and straw to the toilet chain so we could flush the toilet because maintenance couldn’t come until the next day. Later thankfully the manager fixed the toilet. Later we discovered the shower was clogged and filled with a puddle of water almost immediately. I told the office multiple times. Maintenance never came. We had to use crocs in the shower. We paid specifically for Beach Haven as it stated having a hot tub. The hot tub was green and had a layer of particles in it. Gross. Also our bathroom light also turned on the fan which was super squeaky and high pitched anytime we used the bathroom light. Pillows were also basically flat. Also the TV would only work sometimes and glitch. We had to call the office for help with this problem. The price we paid did not reflect the quality of the hotel at all. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
