Sabor agridulce. La carencia de servicio estable laxsalca el magnífico proceder del personal.
Pros:

Bien en lineas generales, pero pobre de contenido.
Pésima señalización de la ubicación del Hotel. Cuesta encontrarlo aun utilizando el navegador.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño precisa una remodelación urgente y un buen acondicionamiento a la modernidad.
Excesiva presión para llegar antes de las 22:00 horas. A partir de esa hora cierra la recepción y la cafetería y te facilitan un código alfanumérico para entrar en el hotel y en la habitación.

The saff where so friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel it's self was very clean and tidy.

Cons:

There was only a few issues it was very strange that a big hotel had no facilities of a restaurant to have dinner in the evening time it would have been a great bonus for us if that facilitie was available and also a bar you could sit and relax to have a drink like you have to go out for food by the time you get back in the cafe bar is closing.
Another issue we found was a quite a serious in the case of a fire there is only one escape route on each floor there should be two on all floors we did address the issue with staff but was told that one escape route was closed off and made into a laundry so in the case of a fire and the fire was in the only escape route available sadly you couldn't get out. It is shown on the map on the wall there is two escape routes on each floor but when you go to both of them on each floor one is locked. Maybe someone should address this issues as it would be serious in the case of a Fire

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la habitación con ducha, muy buena y adaptada a personas mayores o incapacitadas y como siempre (ya conocía el hotel) el personal muy amable.

Cons:

La calefacción muy alta... tuvimos que dormir con la ventana totalmente abierta!! Y creo que no se puede regular desde la habitación....
