A lot of scope for improvement with respect to property management.
Pros:

Food Was good and F&B department organisation skills were good. However, cleanliness of the restaurant area is to be improved.

Cons:

Maintenance in overdue in the rooms, Carpet was stained.
Poor Room service. Repeated reminders were required for normal tasks.
Room not prepared in relation to number of guests checking in.
