Pros:

新潟駅から歩けるし、コンサート会場の新潟県民ホールまでも近く、日本海へも歩け、丁度良い場所でした。

直ぐ近くにローソンがあり便利です。

お部屋も小ぢんまりしてるのに狭くなく快適でした。

Cons:

コンサートが終わったのが遅く、周りに飲食店が少しあるものの、LOは終わっていたので、旅行がてらのコンサートでしたが、まさかのローソン夕食になり残念でした。

翌朝の無料のバンも終わっていたので残念でした。

駅の周辺まで行かないと、飲食に関しては難しいかなと。

想像以上でした。
Pros:

お部屋がキレイでした、スタッフも非常に優しかったです。
予定が急に変更してしまい、キャンセルが間に合わなくて料金が引き落とされました。あまり期待してなかったですけど、試しにフロントの方と相談してみたら、すぐ返金を対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

ほとんどの時間が大丈夫でしたが、お部屋の防音性は少し弱いので、騒がしい方が通る時に少しうるさく感じます。

総合的には良かったです☆
Pros:

予約の時点で喫煙部屋しか無く予約したのですが、子供も居るし家族全員喫煙しないので、禁煙部屋への変更を問い合わせたところ、（空いていたようで）快く変更して頂けたので助かりました☆

朝食付きプランは無かったけれど、パンとコーヒーの無料サービスが有り良かったです。
（数に限りがあるようです）

食事処も周辺に色々あり、選択肢は割と多いかと思います☆

Cons:

大浴場が無かったのはちょっと残念でした。
（宿泊者は、徒歩１０分圏内の提携ホテルの大浴場は無料で利用出来るそうです。）

ホテルの駐車場が無く、周辺のパーキングを利用との事でした。すぐ隣のパーキングは1200円でしたが、他に650円なども見かけました。せめて少額でも宿泊者割引があれば⋯と思いました。

セミダブルルームはベッド幅120ｃｍなので、大人２人だとやや狭いかも知れません。
（うちは旦那と高校生の息子だったので狭かったようです。私と娘はゆったりでした。）
