Amazing Hospitality Nice Rooms , Restaurant is very neat and clean and my room is very big room on road view
Nothing. Horrible staff who lies and does not respect or honour bookings. Told us on the day booking wasn’t confirmed while I was flying into Amritsar despite booking having been confirmed a month in advance. That left me and my wife in the lurch at basically 4am in the morning. Rude and uncooperative staff who are dishonest and have no qualms about lying to your face. Don’t trust these guys with anything.
Dishonest owners and staff. Booking.com tried calling the property to sort the issue and they didn’t have the courtesy to pick the phone despite there being a person at reception.
Service are good and staff behaviour is very nice and comfortable feel to us ..
It's been good time to spend here..such a hospitality that u expect.. I personally prefer this hotel what I have experienced here... Whenever I will come to Amritsar, I definitely stay here.. thanks

Luxurious stay with excellent service and spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast spread and multiple dining options. Each dish, from appetizers to desserts, reflected creativity and attention to detail, showcasing authentic tastes with unique twists. The extensive buffet featured a variety of cuisines, including Indian curries, Asian delicacies, and continental dishes, all cooked to perfection.
Amazing property with amazing staff and service. Near by posh locality. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room and bathroom were very neat and clean . The food was delicious served with great hospitality. Ordered dal makhani, paneer butter masala and butter naan, all were amazing. I would love ❤ to go back to this property again.. 🤟👌👌❤❤

It’s very nice experience of all about foods, rooms , services it’s all are very nice 😊Stayed here for a night. Got the famous Punjabi Welcome ! Cozy stay, great food and really amazing staff !! Thank you Jashandeep for going the extra mile and arranging breakfast for us as we had to checkout early !! Appreciate the hospitality!!!

Hotel maintenance
The staff was using the washroom when we checked-in. Thereafter, they cleaned it again on request but it was not done properly.
Location was good but Breakfast was not having variety.
Lift is all the time busy with Hotel staff movement for servicing
