Ruhiges kleines Inselparadies zum fairen Preis
Pros:

Die kleinen Rundhütten sind sehr behaglich, die Betten mit den Moskitonetzen bequem und das Wasser aus der Dusche läuft reichlich und heiß. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das open air Fitnessstudio ermöglicht es zumindest etwas die heimische Trainingsroutine fortzusetzen

Cons:

Ich fand das Personal im Frühstücksraum eher mäßig motiviert. Es hat uns allerdings an nichts gefehlt insofern ist das kein gewichtiger Kritikpunkt

Perfect room with perfect view in a great location!
Pros:

We've been going to Holbox for the past 3 years, and this was a perfect room and place to stay- the top floor of the bungallow with seaview and the room was AMAZING, such cool decoration and perfect for 2 people (we were 2 friends). It was without a doubt one of the nicest rooms we stayed in the island, with beautiful view of the sea; walking distance to Punto Mosquito (nicest bay in the island) and walking distance into town (even with a sprained ankle was an ok walk!)- and away from the noise of music and bars (trust me, you dont wanna stay too close to the town cneter!).
We would defenetly stay again! There is also a pool in the middle of the grounds, which is perfect for windy days as it is protected*

Cons:

The only bad thing... was the breakfast! It was truly really bad, which is a pitty, because it was the only negative thing. The food options were terrible and bad quality; the fact that you have to get up to get every single thing (cutlery; napkins; sugar.... nothing is in the tables- minimum effort from the breakfast team!). For the price and quality of the hotel, the breakfast was the only thing that put a dent in iour experience- they really need to do something about this!

Cadre idyllique, malheureusement pénalisés par un petit-déjeuner médiocre et un manque d'entretien.
Pros:

We stayed three nights at Blue Holbox and initially appreciated some positive aspects. The wooden cabins are original and charming, the rooms are spacious, and we enjoyed a nice sea view. Laura at the front desk was friendly, and the staff member cleaning our room was also kind and professional.

However, despite these positives, our overall experience was disappointing.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor. The coffee was undrinkable, the food quality extremely low, and the breakfast staff showed little to no interest in guests. This significantly affected our mornings and did not match the price or setting of the hotel.

There were also maintenance issues in the room. The sliding door to the balcony did not close properly, and during a storm, strong wind entered the room, causing a loud whistling noise and an uncomfortable cold draft. In addition, the toilet seat was of very poor quality and kept slipping into the bowl when used, which quickly became frustrating.

In conclusion, while Blue Holbox has great potential thanks to its design, location, and some friendly staff, the poor breakfast and lack of basic maintenance prevent us from recommending it in its current state.

Pros:

We werden hartelijk verwelkomd bij ons verblijf. De kamer was erg mooi en comfortabel. We genoten van de verzorgde omgeving en het leuke zwembad. De wandelpaden worden erg goed onderhouden.
We begrijpen niets van de negatieve recensies die we af en toe konden terugvinden. Zeker over het ontbijt valt geen slecht woord te zeggen. In vergelijking met wat wij als ontbijt gekregen hebben in alle alle andere accommodaties in Mexico, was dit een luxeaanbod.

Cons:

Niet alle fitnesstoestellen waren gebruiksklaar.

The most amazing beach front room from my bed
Pros:

We had the beach front room on the lower level
Views were amazing and as good as it looked in the photos . Well worth paying more for these
Easy to get beach chairs no need to get up early and grab one
It’s out of town but an easy 15 min walk along the beach or road and safe at night
Shower was brilliant
The grounds are lovely
Staff were excellent and organised a tour and transport for us . We took a private shuttle getting there and glad we did and then a shared shuttle back which was fine but not as good
I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I was to return

Cons:

No coffee in the room - we had a wonderful balcony and would have been nice to have a coffee on it in the morning
The hotel had coffee in the breakfast area but it was not good and often not very hot
Would be good to have slippers and robes in the room as lots of sand
Pool is a bit underwhelming

on a adoré les chambres sur la plage, l'endroit est top. Le personnel est malheureusement pas sympa, pas accueillant. Mais l'endroit est tellement génial que nous avons passé un séjour de rêve !

The fact that it is literally on the beach and gives you a stunning view! The room was super clean, thanks to the great housekeeping team. Also, special thanks to the girl at the front office, she is so charming and helpful! :)

Pros:

La playa hermosa, la armonia con la naturaleza y todo muy lindo.me encanto la salida a la playa estaba hermoso y caminar de noche por el hotel tambien las camas super comodas agua caliente.

Cons:

Los meseros del restaurante les falta un poco de calides y atencion, solo a los extranjeros los atendian con entuciasmo y a nosotros mexicanos no.
Y que no tengan los precios en el mini bar ya que pensamos que todo era incluido(como en la mayoria) y al final te cobran todo. Que igual estubo bien ya que lo disfrutamos pero nos hubiera gustado saber para prevenirnos, trate de escanear el codigo QR pero nunca me permitio abrir nada.
