Traumhafte und ruhige Unterkunft direkt am Strand
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist unfassbar schön. Von unserem Beach Bungalow konnten wir direkt aufs Meer sehen und waren in wenigen Sekunden am Strand. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Es ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, man ist aber zu Fuss oder mit dem Taxi schnell im Stadtzentrum. Der Pool und das eigene Fitness waren sehr toll. Am Strand gibt es genug Liegestühle vom Hotel. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Pros:

Prachtige accomodatie aan zee op loopafstand van het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Heerlijk ontbijt, avondeten is ook prima. We hadden een bungalow op het strand. Een geweldige douche, ruime kamer. Een aanrader!!!

L’hôtel est très bien situé mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix.

L’emplacement est idéal à 12 min à pieds du Centro la plage y est très belle et le lit très confortable.

Cons:

Le bungalow trop sombre, aucun moyen de se restaurer en dehors du petit déjeuner. Il n’y a pas de personnel sur la plage pour commander à boire ou s’assurer du confort des habitants de l’hôtel.

Le point qui nous a le plus dérangé c’est que dès l’arrivée ils prennent soin de nous attacher la clé de la chambre à notre poignet comme une sorte de montre connectée. Sauf que la montre ne tient absolument pas que plusieurs personnes perdent la clé et que bien évidement ils facturent la perte 500 pesos en connaissance de cause.

Trop bien!
Pros:

L’ hotel est juste Wouah! A couper le souffle! Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et servi tardivement si besoin.

Un seul regret : ne pas avoir réservé plus longtemps!

Gran lugar, tranquilo y con acceso directo a la playa
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, alejado del centro del pueblo por lo que es tranquilo, pero no demasiado como para requerir transporte
Los Bungalows muy comodos y limpios. Buenas comodidades y servicio
El acceso a la playa de manera directa y con camastros fue clave para una buena experiencia

Cons:

El desayuno podria mejor
La atencion del personal, aunque super amable un poco lenta

Gorgeous location, properly exotic and remote.
Our 3 day holiday stay there was truly special and unique, but definitely not due to the property’s attributes.

This is hardly a 4* accommodation which is what it brands itself as.
The staff were not always accommodating.
The huts themselves were fairly decent however there was nowhere to hang anything, the lighting inside was almost nonexistent, especially in the bathroom area, which made it difficult when the sun was down.
We were given only two room key bracelets for a family of four which again made movement difficult, as one child was a teenager.
There were holes in numerous areas of the mosquito netting covering the beds.
The hammock in our porch was torn and replaced eventually with one that was fairly unusable.
We had to go to reception twice to request for our room to be cleaned, as they appeared to be quite understaffed.
The breakfast offering was very basic.

Colazione carente di croissant, marmellate e Nutella
Cappuccino a pagamento
Le camere fronte spiaggia con il tetto in paglia sono molto rumorose la notte e sembra che procioni e uccelli cadano dal tetto direttamente sul letto
Una delle finestre della camera si affacciava su un ammasso di spazzatura
Terzo letto non preparato al nostro arrivo, abbiamo dovuto sollecitarlo ed stato allestito così male che ho dovuto rifarlo io
L’acqua a holbox è lattiginosa non cristallina ma non dipende dalla struttura

Not as good as I hoped.

Nice location. I liked the complex.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk was not very helpful. They did not provide me with any information regarding the amenities during the check in. They also gave us only 1 room key which made our stay somewhat inconvenient. This was due to high occupancy according to Jenny at the front desk. Also Not sure if the complex has WiFi for the guests and honestly I didn’t care to ask because I didn’t feel they cared to be helpful to begin with. Not sure if all this was due to incompetence from her or the hotel being understaffed but it definitely affected my stay, I was only there for a short period of time which definitely made me feel like I could have gotten more out my short stay. I really liked the complex hopefully they can hire more competent staff than can make all guests feel welcome even during high occupancy season.
