Le personnel sympathique, un bon accueil. Une vue panoramique sur la mer au restaurant. La plage de l'hôtel est vraiment à côté, elle est très bien équipée. Le chemin qui mène vers la plage est très agréable planté de palmiers et d'autre végétation exotique.
Un hotel drăguț amplasat foarte aproape de plajă. Camerele curate și în fiecare zi doamna de la curățenie aducea apă. Prosoapele erau schimbate zilnic. Personalul foarte amabil și dornic să te ajute.
Un lucru jenant a fost faptul ca doamna de la curățenie îți deschidea minibarul pentru a vedea dacă ai vreo sticlă de apă la rece iar dacă aveai îți mai lăsa doar una. Dacă nu aveai îți lăsa două sticle.

Пляж песчанный, лежаков всегда хватало., бар большой и там же во время обеда можно перекусить, что очень удобно. Бассейн чистый, есть детский бассейн
Убираться приходили после обеда, когда мы были в номере и дети спали, это было очень не удобно, было бы хорошо если бы уборка была в первую половину дня когда все на пляже.
Нет детской анимации, было бы здорово если бы обновили детскую площадку.

Das Personal ist unorganisiert und teilweise unfreundlich, die Animation lässt zu wünschen übrig. der Animator könnte sich mehr organisieren und anstrengen, die angekündigten Aktivitäten wie Karaokeabend und Schaumparty haben nicht stattgefunden.
There is natural shade from trees 🌳 on the beach. Beach is very close to the hotel. Rooms and pool are clean.
Wifi internet is available only if you pay extra. You can turn aircondition on only when in room.
Stayed in May. The hotel was clean, quiet with everything functional. The staff at the restaurant was friendly, and helpful.
A not so positive note for the bath products, or better saying, the lack of them. Just a "industrial" duche gel. A little disappointed here.
Our four-night stay at Sirma Hotel was a fabulous experience. The friendly staff were exceptionally attentive during meal times and they bent over backwards to make our stay a happy one. The restaurant is located at the top of the building (6th floor) so we had lovely views of the sea and the quality of the food was fabulous. My husband has food allergies (wheat, yeast, eggs, etc.) but was able to find plenty of dishes to eat from the extensive buffet. The espresso at breakfast was strong, and black tea was also available. My husband celebrated his birthday during our stay and the waiters sang happy birthday to him (very cute). Our room and bathroom were modern and the bath towels were changed each day if needed. The airconditioning worked well and we had great sea views. It is only a short walk to the beach. We can highly recommend Sirma Hotel.
Great staff, great location just in front of the beach and shops were about 30 min to 40 min walking everything was clean, more or less good food. Good internet around except in beach
The housemaid was too slow, and our room remained unclean twice. The food at lunch could be better. We had to pay extra for internet per divice.
Nice location, 200 meters from the beach. 20 minutes walk along the beach to the old town. Some of the staff really tried to make us welcome.
The hotel is split into two sections, the main building and the chalet type rooms. We were in the main building.
The pool bar is never open and you have to dry off before going into get a drink from the lobby bar, I respect that but shows a lack of staffing.
The food was repetitive and not to our taste, in fact, even though we were all inclusive we, only had breakfast 4 times, lunch twice and evening meals twice, this gave us an unexpected expense.
The beach bar is not near the beach and that “beach bar area is totally wasted in my opinion, it should be turned into a pool area and pool bar.
The entertainment was absolutely terrible.
The whole hotel is not run properly and is missing its potential.
As we were the only British family there, my opinion may not match the vast majority of.
Just a short walk to the beach. Some lovely bars within walking distance. The restaurant on the top floor with great views of the sea.
Paid all inclusive but there was hidden extras. Had to pay day rates for the beach towels, safety box and WiFi in the room. WiFi was free in the reception area.
Bathroom towels not always changed and toilet paper was not replenished resulting getting caught without.
We rented an apartment for 4 persons. We've been here in 2022, also in an apartment, but now we were pleasantly surprised that the apartment we stayed in was recently renovated and refurbished. The food was also much better than in 2022, so a great surprise there as well.
The location is very good, rooms and food were average (which is still good!) and the staff was really awesome and helpful. We will come back next year! :)
For the price there's really not much to complain about - sure there are 5 star luxury hotels where you can eat grilled steaks for breakfast, lunch and supper, but they still swim in the same sea and lay on the same sand, while costing 3-4 times as much. So, it's for you to decide.
Good location, great beach, plenty of sunbeds. Good selection of food. Friendly staff. Working air-conditioning, which was vital when we visited in late July to early August.
Limited selection of drinks included in the all-inclusive package, which seemed watered down in the case of both alcoholic and soft drinks. Only 1 key issued per room. Room safe located at floor level and only available at an extra charge.
Absolutely everything. Location, stuff (expecially Husein and Mustafa), beach, food, pool...
Maybe WI Fi could be little stronger.
