É preferível investir no ambiente e cobrar mais, do que cobrar barato e pecar com coisas que estraga

Não tinha nenhuma cortesia no hotel, para pedir um travesseiro extra tinha que pagar por fora. Toalha muito ruim, muito gasta já, e se quiser algo melhor tinha que pagar por fora, foi pedido para trocar um travesseiro que era muito baixo e de qualidade ruim e veio o mesmo travesseiro..

Cons:

Do atendimento, do café da manhã, pois terminava os itens e levava muito tempo para repor, se acabava o café aí sim eles iam começar a fazer outro. Demorava demais para repor qualquer coisa que faltasse.

Foi o pior hotel que fiquei em toda minha vida não recomendo nem para meu pior inimigo, chegamos de madrugada e o quarto estava sujo, como estávamos exaustos acabei dormindo aí no outro dia não limparam aí fui pedir para trocar pelo menos as fronhas pq estava sebosa de suja foi um luta para trocar e ainda queria me cobrar a bendita fronha, bati o pé e falei que não ia pagar, enfim me deram as fronhas para trocar, aí para se cobrir nos deram um lençol zinho vagabundo aí pedi uma cobertinha e me cobraram R$ 3,00 por cada mantinha. Kkkk, enfim foi decepcionante.
