The property is located behind the road so that all views from the rooms faces the unbelievable outerworldly landscape and the special lonely mountain ⛰️ in front of the hotel makes is so surreal once you wake up in the morning to see it. The rooms are well designed, smart rooms with heated toilet seat, fresh fruits coming every day as well as authentic black Chinese tea, the staff are super welcoming, always smiling, ready to help, very fast to fix and attend to our needs. The hotel also helped us reserve some sightseeing tours. The chefs are of very good quality, food has always came fresh and delicious. The lobby is taken care of in all small details including the tea table, the motorcycle in the middle of it, the sunken seats in the corner, the high sealing which makes you feel comfortable, the ponds in front of the hotel makes it feel so much more relaxed. The hotel also shows much respect to the forefathers with many artifacts and decorations (in a simplistic way). The hotel also offers washing and drying machines which made us so happy and at ease and saved us a lot of money. The bathtub in the room was spectacular; directly overlooking the mountains. The staff even helped us ordering food from restaurants, resolved our payment options after days without paying, and accommodated our non-pork diet as well as taken care of our child while there was a firework party. They also provided us with a crib for our baby and even gave us gifts from time to time. They also helped us book 3-wheel motorcycle and extended our daily limit to 8 hours instead of 4 for the same price which helped us immensely to get our things done and buy gifts to our families. The room was almost always be arranged for us on a daily basis and if there were some missing towels, they quickly resolve the issues. The staff brought to us a hanger for the clothes which we appreciated. The hotel was clean except for some days when the renovation is continuing in some parts of the hotel.

Environment is amazing. We had to change our dates and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Room is big, clean and views are breath-taking. Everything perfect.

Struttura e stanza stupende con una vista meravigliosa sulle colline carsiche! La trova si trova nel countryside a circa 30 minuti di motorino (che potete affittare direttamente da loro) da West street.

El hotel está muy bien

Todo el hotel es una autentica maravilla! La habitación era como mi casa de grande. Con unas vistas muy bonitas. La bañera para darse un baño relajante es estupenda. La ducha muy amplia, limpia y moderna. El baño en general muy bien equipado y comodo y la cama…maravillosa. Tiene una zona para lavar y secar la ropa completamente gratis…. Un pequeño gimnasio por si lo necesitas y una bonita piscina para refrescarse. Es perfecto.

The staff were exceptional. Went out of their way to ensure we got to see things. Ensured we got from Guilin and back to get our train back to Hong Kong. Booked our events. Nothing was to much trouble for Diane and her team. The outlook from the rooms is beautiful. Great location.

Our stay was really great.

Diana was very communicative before our arrival. We wanted to visit Longji rice terraces which is quite far and required a private driver. She organised this for us and the driver was punctual, safe and kind. Diana even printed instructions for us in Chinese to ask locals for directions as we wanted to hike and organised an earlier breakfast before our depart.

The location is really ideal. Is far enough removed from the city which was perfect for us. You can access it easily via didi, bus or rental of a moped from the hotel. It right next to rafting (5min walking) and about 30 min from hiking/viewpoints via moped. So right in the middle of attractions

Room was large and clean and bed was comfortable. Given its rainy season there were many mosquitos as expected but they équiped us with zappers, incense and curtains around the bed. The only bites I got were while outside

It was a great stay. The interior was stunning and calming. It has its own distinct style. The staff was especially welcoming and helped us in any possible way. The room was clean and as described. Would definitely return if the chances allow.

The hotel has a spectacular view and the location is perfect. The team are amazing - very kind and warm and always ready to provide advice and suggestions that will elevate whatever plans you may already have.

A beautiful 4* hotel with amazing views and great facilities. Our hotel room was huge and well designed, an absolute bargain. It’s conveniently located a short and beautiful walk from the start of the bamboo rafting, with a nice restaurant nearby (serving delicious beer fish), and an easy Didi ride from Yangshuo (about 10 min) or the train station (about 45 min). The lady at the reception on the last day also went above and beyond offering us the opportunity to have a shower after rafting (it had rained), even though we had already checked out.

The view from our luxurious room was exceptional!! The room was beautiful, luxurious and spacious! This room would have cost 10 times more in any other city.

The room is beautifully decorated with complete amenities. Most amazing is the breathtaking mountain view from the room. The service was also excellent…friendly and prompt assistance when needed. Diana was very helpful in recommending sightseeing activities.
