Pros:

Hotel Charms is absolutely fantastic! Located just in the centre of the medina, close to everything. The terrace has beautiful views. The staff was very kind. The room was super clean, breakfast was one of the best I had in the whole Morocco. Highly recommended!

Não posso dizer que não houve nada que eu não gostasse . O que mais gostei foi a simpatia e amabilidade dos funcionários, não consigo descrever o quanto são simpáticos , atenciosos e prestáveis . Mesmo para situações fora do hotel, nunca vi pessoas são prestáveis . Parabéns ao hotel chams pois tem os melhores funcionários que vi nos últimos tempos. O pequeno almoço é muito bom.

The city is very beautiful. Great location. The blue color looks very romantic and unique. Definitely recommend this city.

Cons:

The blankets weren't very hygienic and there was no heating, so we froze at night… but that was also due to the floods (rain) at the time.

Bella terrazza con vista panoramica, posizione comodissima per girare il centro direttamente a piedi, ma anche con parcheggi per la macchina molto comodi. Bella vista dalla finestra della stanza

El personal muy amable y con disposición de apoyar. . Se atravesó una situación complicada de lluvia y me permitieron hacer check out más tarde debido a cancelaciones de transporte.
Mohamed amablemente me ayudó a encontrar un transporte que pudiera brindarme el servicio.

Cons:

Al principio mi habitación era fría, pero me brindaron una calefacción adicional y todo estuvo mucho mejor.

Cons:

Salle de bain plus qu'étroite bien que propre. Une nuit blanche à cause de la présence de tout un bus de personnes asiatiques extrêmement bruyantes et que le propriétaire n'a pas su remettre à leur place. Situation compliquée pour tout le monde...
