Value for money!
Pros:

Location near to Seongsan Ilchulbong and convenient for the morning sunrise walk (less than 5 mins drive to the parking lot of Seongsan Ilchulbong). For off-peak travelling, it is a very quiet place, both at the hotel and the streets but we were surprised with the many people at the peak of the Sunrise Peak by 6:30 am. Some restaurants were closed but there are still a few nearby.

Cons:

Limited parking lots at the hotel. If it is full, have to park at the designated place directed by the hotel or street parking.

old hotel needing renovation and upskiling

Cons:

hotel was outdated ( dusty, lacking amenities), cleanliness can be improved (old towels, mould on toilet, dirty all over), and communications between hotel desk and cleaner can be better (they assumed we checked out when we brought our luggage to the car early even though it was way before check out time. When we cane back after breakfast, our room doors were open wide.)

Pros:

Ubicación excelente. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, con todo tipo de mobiliario que facilita la estancia, mesas, sillas, etc. Todo muy limpio en general.
El personal muy amable

Cons:

El aire acondicionado se activaba solo.
El mando de la temperatura del agua de la ducha iba muy duro.

Pros:

성산일출봉 가깝고 조용한 동네에 위치해있어서 좋습니다! 뷰도 좋아요.
직원분들 친절하시고 전체적으로 깔끔합니다.
아침에 산책하기 좋고 근처에 프릳츠 커피도 있어서 좋아요!

Cons:

주차장이 면수가 적어서 금방 만차되요, 근처 동네 개방 주차장에 주차해야해요.
사전에 개방 주차장 주소 안내해주셔서 좋긴 합니다만 짐이 많으면 좀 불편할 수 있어요~

샤워기 조절하는게 조금 불편했어요 그거 빼고는 정맣 가성비 호텔! 또 방문할거같아요!
