Mon séjour était parfait, avec tout ce dont j’avais besoin et une dose de confort en plus grâce au personnel.

Un très bon accueil avec un personnel attentionné, soucieux du confort de ses clients. La chambre était très spacieuse et disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires. Sans oublier que l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait ! Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

Un hôtel à recommander les yeux fermés
Pros:

Tout était parfait. La chambre familiale est spacieuse et très propre.
L’accueil du personnel est chaleureux et sincère, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou de la part des femmes de chambre.
J’y reviendrai sans hésitation et je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix, idéalement situé en plein cœur de Guéliz.

Cons:

L'intimité dans la chambre familiale, notre lit était en face des lits de nos adolescentes (un rideau ou un paravent aurait suffit)

This is a unique hotel that exceeded my expecations and will defnitly consider staying there again.
Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful whenever needed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. There was a selection of French pastries, Moroccan breakfast items, fresh fruits, and meats. Enjoying breakfast by the pool was a perfect way to start the day.

The restaurant staff were attentive, clean, and helpful in answering questions about the food. The hotel lobby is spacious and ideal for relaxing, making private calls, or enjoying a cup of coffee in peace.
I had to extend my stay and they made the change smooth and no questions asked. Thank you to Mr Hussein for the positive attitude and been very welcoming.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience from check-in to checkout

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans Meriem hôtel. Le personnel était accueillant, à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. L’emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité. L’ambiance était agréable petit déjeuner copieux varié Je recommande vivement !

I like this hotel very much but the ac needs sorting out.

Hotel Meriem was very good as it had really good and comfortable beds and also I like this hotel as the breakfast was very good and there was many options.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working properly and the room didn’t get as cool as I wanted it to be.

Fantastic, exceeded expectations and a must stay for tourists visiting Marrakesh!!
Pros:

Our stay from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left was spectacular! The staff was beyond helpful, from the guys at check in to the resteraunt and coffee shop staff to the cleaners. The food was authentic and overall great value for money! The swimming pools were excellent, clean and the perfect temperature, the guard even gave my neice 2 swimming lessons at no extra cost! Special mention to the manager at the resteraunt who made us feel so welcome and really helped make sure we had enough warm milk for my toddler several times a day, even leaving a bottle at reception for when we come back in the evening for her last bottle of the night! In terms of service I would give this hotel a 10/10 and I would definitely be visiting again next time I am in Marrakech.

Cons:

Nothing- I truly cannot fault this hotel for anything!
