Pasamos unos días en este nuestro hotel y no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento.
Desde el momento que llegamos, el trato del personal fué excepcional , siempre sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudar en todo.
La habitación muy amplia, limpia, moderna y tradicional a la vez, con una cama sumamente cómoda que garantizó un buen descanso .
Las instalaciones, la piscina, las zonas comunes impecables.
La ubicación es perfecta , cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila.
Recomendamos el hotel al cien por cien.. Volveremos una y otra vez.

Je recommande l’hôtel digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles

Un hôtel exceptionnel avec un accueil comme je n’en ai jamais vu ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un plateau de fruits et des gâteaux, une attention vraiment adorable.

L’hôtel est impeccable, très propre, parfaitement situé, tout peut se faire à pied. Le personnel est formidable, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à nous conseiller les meilleures visites et activités à faire. Ils s’occupent même de l’organisation, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

J’ai adoré cet hôtel du début à la fin, je me suis sentie traitée comme une princesse. Une expérience inoubliable que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Very nice place to stay

La satisfaction client est la priorité de l’équipe de l’hôtel.
Pros:

Voici un hôtel qui réserve toutes les attentes espérées. Un hôtel en cours de rénovation. On peut croiser les peintres en cours de journée rafraîchir un hôtel qui peut au premier regard paraître vieillissant.
Mais dès la porte passée, vous êtes pris en charge par une équipe exceptionnelle, pleine d’attentions à l’égard des clients. Houcine, et tous les responsables sont vraiment dans l’écoute client et le service.
Les hôtels à Marrakech, on en a fait et des 5 étoiles. Jamais, vraiment jamais, une équipe n’a été autant engagée et aux petits soins.
Sa position est idéale pour tout faire à pied. 10mn du centre et de l’animation de Gueliz. Près des grands axes si vous avez une voiture et il y a presque toujours une place gratuite pour votre voiture devant l’hôtel.
Dîner offert pour l’anniversaire de mon épouse. Ce jour là, en rentrant de balade, la direction a insisté pour nous raccompagner dans notre chambre et surprise. Elle avait été décorée et un gâteau d’anniversaire nous y attendait. Exceptionnel !! Quelle émotion !! Quelle attention !!
Bref. On y reviendra !!!
Car c’est bien évidemment le service qui compte le plus pour nous.
Allez y !!
Testez !! Vous serez bien accueillis et accompagnés par une équipe et une direction soucieuses de la satisfaction client.

The best hotel in Marrakech. Do not stay anywhere else but Hotel Meriem. Very impressive
Pros:

Everything brilliant. I have stayed in many different hotels in the last 10 years and this is by far the best. The reception staff and Houcin are extremely helpful. The rooms and bedsheets are changed everyday. The breakfast is top quality and very fresh. The lunch is brilliant. Bedrooms spacious and very comfortable.
