A lovely calm hotel, after the chaotic time we’d had.
Pros:

On arrival greeted with tea and snacks, a fruit bowl and water in the room. Staff delightful, took cases to our room. Put some sunbeds in a sunny area for us. The snack bar was really reasonable and the food lovely. So clean.
You can’t take your own drinks to the room, but that’s ok because the water isn’t expensive at the snack bar.
I’d definitely return to this hotel, we loved our short stay here. Thank you for our lunch and water on our final day.

Une offre parfaite avec un personnel aux petits soins

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, en plein cœur de Marrakech.
L’emplacement est vraiment parfait pour profiter facilement de la ville, tout en retrouvant ensuite un cadre agréable et reposant. Les piscines sont un vrai plus, très appréciable après une journée de visites.
Je tiens surtout à souligner la qualité du service. L’équipe de la réception est disponible, attentionnée, souriante et toujours prête à rendre service. On se sent véritablement accueilli et accompagné tout au long du séjour.
Un établissement que je recommande pour son emplacement central, la qualité de ses prestations et surtout pour la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de son personnel.

Would have been very good if not for the air con in the 2nd room
Pros:

Clean, offered us complimentary breakfasts.

Cons:

Was forced to move rooms on last day due to an electrical fault causing a powercut and was promised an identical or better room. That night we melted as the air conditioning was poor and the pillows were much harder.

Great hotel for families visiting Marrakech.
