Cons:

Vi fikk firemannsrom og det luktet kloakk og klimaanlegg var dårlig i forhold til stor rom. Vi fikk bytte rom som var bedre men likevel dårlig luft. Vi klarte ikke sove før kl 01.00. De trenger å ha ny klimaanlegg. 😊

A pleasant relaxing stay. Very convenient for the railway station, bus into the city centre.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Freshly made omelette and pancakes on request. A good variety of pastries, fresh bread, fruit, yoghurt, salads, olives, juices, tea and coffee.

Excelente hotel y servicio, destacando la amabilidad de su personal de recepción, la limpieza de la habitación y el servicio de cafetería. Por haber reservado a través de Booking no ofrecieron la cena de cortesía.
La ubicación del hotel es muy adecuada para visitar la Medina y para el transporte. Si volviera a Marrakech me hospedaría en el mismo hotel.

El personal fue muy amable, esto es lo que más resaltó de mi estadía. Nos dieron un WhatsApp por si teníamos alguna inconveniente, y nos ofrecieron cenar en el hotel por no poder aprovechar el desayuno de uno de los días de nuestra estadía.
Las instalaciones del hotel son cómodas, y estaba muy limpio.

Cons:

Las camas eran bastante duras y los alrededores del hotel tal vez eran un poco oscuros de noche. El desayuno podría ser un poco mejor (más frutas y quesos tal vez), pero dentro de todo, bien.

Pasamos unos días en este nuestro hotel y no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento.
Desde el momento que llegamos, el trato del personal fué excepcional , siempre sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudar en todo.
La habitación muy amplia, limpia, moderna y tradicional a la vez, con una cama sumamente cómoda que garantizó un buen descanso .
Las instalaciones, la piscina, las zonas comunes impecables.
La ubicación es perfecta , cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila.
Recomendamos el hotel al cien por cien.. Volveremos una y otra vez.
