Slecht, behalve locatie en hotelpersoneel

Cons:

Inchecken zou om 13:00 moeten zijn. Ik kwam pas om 13:30 en de kamer moest nog schoongemaakt worden. Heel onprofessioneel als je een kamer hebt geboekt en je er niet in kunt. Dit zou 10 minuten moeten duren maar duurde vervolgens ruim een halfuur. Om 14:00 pas sleutel gehad na te hebben gewinkeld om tijd te verdoen. Ruim een uur later. Kamer zonder handdoeken aangetroffen en hiervoor gebeld. Snel geregeld door de hele vriendelijke receptionist. Foto's van interieur komen niet overeeen met de werkelijkheid, oud en gedateerd meubilair, zeer oude keuken en oud bed dat echt aan vervanging toe is.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, wat een pluspunt is. Ze proberen overal bij te helpen en doen hun best. De locatie is vereee heel centraal en prachtig. Geluid komt er wel doorheen maar dat heb je boven een boulevard aan het strand.

Ontbijt, koude thee geserveerd gekregen, verkeerde bestelling, menselijke fouten zoals een ongewassen gebruikt/vies botermes gekregen. De serveerder om een nieuwe gevraagd en deze gekregen. Geen excuses voor verkeerde bestelling, twee thee besteld en dit kan nooit een koffie en een thee worden. Kleone bestelling vergeten.. Ook geen excuses voor de hele koude thee die opgewarmd moest worden heel nonchalant over het botermesje gedaan. Een nieuwe gehad en geen excuses alsof het heel normaal is. Totaal geen moeite gedaan om je warme thee te geven en dus vragen om deze op te warmen nadat je bijna icetea hebt gedronken, zo koud was de marokkaanse thee. Mijn ontbijt ook niet gegeten en laten staan omdat je eetlust meteen verdwijnt bij het krijgen van vies en gebruikt bestek. Dit gaat om personeel van het cafe van alya saphir niet het hotelpersoneel. Het hotelpersoneel was uitmuntend en heel beleefd en behulpzaam.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay which i strongly recommend to everyone
Pros:

The staff was friendly and and very helpful. The location is the best by far in the whole city

Cons:

The wifi in the 4 floor was disconnecting every 2 hours. The facilities in the beach were not well entertained ( not clean at all)
