Appreciating good leadership.
Pros:

Leadership qualities and customer followup was excellent and to be quite frank, i never expected this. For that i appreciate the leadership of the Hotel Management for prompt crisis management.

Cons:

Though i had issues with the Hotel, the Hotel Management were prompt in managing the issue, and based on this i will give the Hotel a pass and recommedation, though certain areas need to be addressed.
