Good location but that was it. Did not enjoy staying or eating in the hotel.

Location was good for getting around Marrakesh

Cons:

No holder for the shower head, room and hotel looks very tired. Uncomfortable bed and could not get much sleep. Staff clearing tables before breakfast/dinner service has finished. WiFi was extremely poor in the room, kept cutting out.

Cons:

Wir haben dieses Hôtel auf Empfehlung eines Bekannten ausgewählt. Beim Empfang war das Personal nicht einmal unfreundlich, sondern schlichtweg gleichgültig.
Im Zimmer gab es kein Toilettenpapier und auch keine Seife. Das Shampoo war wohl von unseren Vormietern, von wann auch immer. Diese Reklamationen wurden nach Beschwerden erledigt.
Ausserdem hat es im Bad gestunken, als wäre da ei offener Kanal.
Wie auch immer gesetzt wurde, sauber ist anders. Haare von Vormietern fanden wir sowohl im Bett, als auch am Bidetfuss.

Dieses Mal ein Zweibettzimmer, das wir im Chems Hotel nur genommen haben, um keine Stornogebühren zu bezahlen.
Kein Kanalgestank im Bad. ....

Cons:

Personal beim Frühstück. Es steht rumm und sieht nichts, keine fehlenden Gabeln oder Kaffeelöffel und auch sonst nichts. Ein "guten Morgen" erfolgt nur, wenn die Kunden zuerst grüssen.

I liked this hotel for the location

Cons:

This hotel is old, shabby and in desperate need of an update. Furniture around pool area needs updating and cats 🐈 need to be kept of Furniture and in the dinning area.
Give the place a good white paintinting change carpet in hallways would even be a good start.

Ubicación, jardín e instalaciones comunes.
Desayuno correcto, habitación espaciosa y cama cómoda.

Cons:

Baños mal, en general todo necesita una reforma total, llegamos pasadas las 00:00, hacía mucho frío en la habitación, podían haber encendido antes la bomba de calor., son detalles que realmente restan mucho.

Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel qui permet d'aller dans le centre rapidement

Cons:

Je pense que vous le savez que l'hôtel est vétuste et qu'il y a des travaux de rénovation a faire. Nous avons même trouvé un gros insecte ressemblant à un cafard dans la chambre.

Worst "hotel" in the world
Pros:

I didn't like this hotel at all, and it is the last time I stay there ever in my life.

Cons:

This is not a hotel, not even close to a hostel...it is super dirty and old. The room was dirty, and I had ants on my bed. The breakfast was so bad as well. The towels were also dirty. This "hotel" can't be 4 stars, not even 1 star, 0 stars for sure.
Do yourself a favor and never stay there.
