Zeer basic hotel om alleen maar te slapen
Pros:

Het is een heel basic hotel, gedateerd ook. Het is echt alleen om te slapen, er zijn verder geen faciliteiten (behalve een zwembad)

Cons:

Geen automaat om koud water te kopen (alleen een waterpunt met lauw water), ontbijt pas vanaf 8 uur, kamers zijn schoon maar oud, deuren sluiten maar vol kieren, douche is erg basic. Personeel was vriendelijk, airco werkte en kamer was schoon maar meer kan ik er niet van maken.

Cons:

Huele a humedad el hotel y el clima hacía demasiado ruido creo no le dan mantenimiento porque nos cambiaron de habitación por qué el otro sacaba agua

Tiene que invertir en la estructura ya que es un hotel muy cómodo pero hay espacios que si se deben de remodelar y eso les a traería más huéspedes

From day one I see that the rate of 7.1 for this hotel was to high because should be at most 2.1. I requested to cancel my stay because the standard of the hotel was lower than expected, but they denied and I had to be a very poor place which made my stay in Cancun miserable.

I request to booking either a refund or a credit for the amount I paid and erase that hotel from your catalog

Deberían colocar imagenes reales y no de hace mil años. Son un engaño las imagenes

Tiene muy buena ubicación y el patio trasero y la piscina muy limpio y agradable. Personal tranquilo.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy bueno y se nota en casi todo, a pesar que le han digamos pasado la mano, realmente deja mucho que desear.
La entrada sucia, la recepción sin una decoración de nada y un calor infernal xq ni un ventilador al menos.
En los pasillos si hay hasta clima y se ven con piso nuevo y pintados.
No se el resto de las habitaciones,la que nos tocó, vista a la piscina y jardin tracero lo qur pudoera ser agradable, pero cuando levantabas la cortina te encontrabas con un muro que dava miedo con grietas y un montón de palomas que ni dejaban descansar por sus sonidos y lleno de popo de paloma.
Las toallas rotas y las almohadas y colchones nada pero nada cómodos.
El baño ni jabonera para colocar el jabón o shampoo, habia q ponerlo en el sueño o inventar.
En fin no se si por 650 la noche es normal encontrar algo asi.

Excelente servicio y alrededores todo cerca

La limpieza la cámarista siempre muy amable y nos tenia la habitación super limpia.

El personal de recepción excelente servicio ☺️

Que no puedas ingresar bebidas alcohólicas y las camas son mas pequeñas que como se describen cuando vas a reservar
