Nada que ver con las fotos
That it was close to downtown
The room had no light, they had to come and fix it, the doors have no lock for security once there, there are to many man wondering in the lobby, everything felt suspect
Personal siempre atento y la ubicación
Las habitaciones requieren remodelacion, sin duda eso atraerá mas gente y una persona mas para el restaurante para desayuno, solo hay 1 chico que se esmera pero imposible solo haga desayunos, atienda, cobre, limpie ....
No funciona la piscina y no dan ninguna alternativa, hay una chica en recepción que siempre esta enojada y nada mas da vueltas al asunto y no resuelve nada.
El haber tenido alguna opción para poder disfrutar de la piscina
Que no devuelvan las cosas, se quedó un cargador en la habitación. 106 y no lo devolvieron.

La piscina sin agua. Eliges el hotel por la piscina y nadie te avisa que están reformando y pagas mismo precio

Staff were extremely friendly. Very willing to help and assist in any way. I lost my ph charger and reception happily lent me one. They organised a taxi for a tour and were always helpful. Room was clean. bed ok.
Room was very basic but clean. Light shone through gap around entry door. Didn't have a hot shower - water always cold.

Las habitaciones antiguas, manchar humedad, ventanas sin aislamiento (se escuchaba mucho la calle), el parking es muy pequeño (dos plazas), la recepción anticuada. NO TENÍAN DISPONIBLE LA PISCINA
La ubicacion
Llegamos y el baño no tenía tapa, no había ampolletas para luz en la habitación, la piscina está fuera de servicio, no tenían estacionamiento disponible
Although it is in an area that looks a little rough, it’s still close to most places in the city for going out for a little chill. Also, after check out you can have your luggage stored at no cost. The staff was moderately helpful.
The hotel looks very run down and uncared for. The photos shown online is obviously from when the hotel was first opened. Each and every single detail about the hotel is old and covered in rust. The WiFi doesn’t work in the lobby and I was told I could pay for late check out I just need to leave the room meanwhile there were rooms online via booking.com still available for rent. The premise needs cleaning and painting with all furniture being replaced. You cannot smoke NOR drink anywhere on the property plus they want you to leave your room key at the front desk when you leave. The a/c in my almost flooded me out. It was leaking constantly. The pool wasn’t in use which was disappointing but that was stated on the website.
