Fantastic hotel, great facilities, beautiful staff and hospitality
Pros:

We had a great stay at the hotel and the property and most of the staff is above and beyond. Located at one of the best locations in Pune.
Beautiful, spacious, comfortable room with view of the pool, bright sunlight throughout the day and lot of greenery around the property. Beautiful open pool.
The lobby is a great place to sit and relax and the PSB cafe is a must try for its desserts and coffee.
Great spread of breakfast, with a blend of Indian and Continental. Quite spacious, open breakfast restaurant with plenty of live counters.
A fantastic flute artist performs in the lobby and definitely look out for him if he's there, usually in mornings, I guess. You will find his picture here.
While I would like to show my appreciation to most of the staff I dealt with, I remember few names that I've mentioned here-Ashwin, Shubham, Gauranga Mitra, SuiSui-breakfast team was really amazing, and Ashwin was of great help for one of my personal matters.
We will definitely try to be back.

Outstanding hotel. Quite simply the best of them all.
Pros:

Over the last 2 years my husband and I have travelled within 10 countries and stayed in approximately 75 hotels, ranging from little homestays to big 5 star hotels. I'm not showing off, I'm just trying to give me review some context! 🤣The Conrad was by far the best hotel stay of them all! Not just because it's a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, great restaurants and pool, but because every single member of staff was outstanding. They couldn't do enough for us. We are travelling India in our own auto rickshaw (Timmy the Tin Can) and they even treated Timmy as good as they did us! Particular members of staff who made our stay so amazing: Raman, Mandeep, Prashant and Bishal. Thank you for looking after us so well.. I've got a feeling we'll be coming back to Pune in the future, and if we do it's the Conrad where we will be staying xx
