Wonderful! Very clean & nice rooms!
Pros:

the room is big. The bed is comfy and big. The toilets are huge and clean with bath tub. This hotel is new.

Cons:

Buffet dinner at Coriander can be improved. More international selections pls.

My favorite hotel in Pune
Pros:

- This hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are huge
- The pool is really relaxing and in nature
- They have healthy food options
- Good coffee
- Nice big bathtubs
- Great staff. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and even gave me a teddy bear when I left. It was such a kind gesture.
- It's in a good location. There are cute cafes, yoga, and shopping in KP.

Nice rooms and good location. Very nice food at the restaurants.

Cons:

Parking situation, it's valet parking but nod good at all compared to other hotels we've stayed.

Cons:

On arrival conrad had a term of blocking x amount in credit card to avail other paid service, instead they could have billed during check out...don't understand why this kind of terms and conditions. Anyone staying in the property will definitely pay during check out for all the other paid facilities used during the stay.
