I want to specifically recognize Miss Rashi and her dedicated team. From the moment I reached out via email to coordinate the booking, Rashi was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special.
The surprise room decorations were absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. Pros:

It is a great hotel with great variety of activities and food within the premises, safety is also very good and very friendly to foreign needs like foreign exchange, it was very easy to convert the money despite missing my opportunity to do at the airport.

We will not come again
Cons:

In room dining failed Completely. They did not deliver what we ordered. Some food was missing so they delivered after 20 min, so the previous food was already cold.
Towels in the room were dirty and I found hair in my bed.

Would not do it again owing to noise levels in adjoining rooms. Soundproof rooms are an absolute must.
Pros:

The property itself is nice and the facilities are satisfactory.

Cons:

The rooms are not soundproof as advertised. There was way too much noise coming from the adjoining rooms until 4/5 AM, disrupting our sleep and stay. The room had a lot of dust on some surfaces and did not appear to have been properly restocked between guests. Also the staff at the bakery is untrained.
