Shower sealing could be better. Water from shower got on the floor of the bathroom.
Curtains where too bright and didn't help with darkening room too much.

La mega scalinata che non viene citata in nessuna foto il problema si supera in settimana, in orario di lavoro, perché si può usare un ascensore che però lascia nella struttura diagnostica di cui l'albergo di fatto è una specie di dependance.

Yes, the accommodation fully met my expectations. I am a wheelchair user, and the accessible room and bathroom were excellent—everything was comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly suited to my needs.

Located on a quiet street, a 10 min walk to the main town. No parking space, had to park on the street, but no problem for me, but may be a bit difficult during main hours. Room was spacious and clean, bed was a sofa, but comfy. Owner was friendly.
