Lokacija hotela je bila dobra, ker je blizu Metro postaje in lahko dostopna. Zajtrk je bil odličen, osebje prijazno.

Pros:

Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Although tea and coffee were provided in the room, there was no sugar available, but we solved this with staff. There was also only one pair of slippers even though the room was booked for two people, but these ar just small funny details :D nothing serious.

The view from our room was not the most impressive, as it overlooked trees and bushes, but we were very happy to have a balcony, which was a nice bonus.

We especially enjoyed the breakfast. The selection was not huge, but it was varied enough and offered something for everyone. The pastries were absolutely delicious — compliments to the chefs! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Genau richtig für zwei Tage Stadterkundung.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker und frisch. Es wurde immer aufgefüllt. Die Lage war unmittelbar vor der Metro. Das war praktisch. Das Bad war groß und alles war sauber.

Terrible hotel
Pros:

The only thing good at this hotel was the location to our granddaughters school where she teaches and lives.

Cons:

It was dirty from day one, bed was awful and mattress cover had so many little material balls thought there was bed bugs. Suppose to have safe deposit box in room, not so. Had to get our own to and fresh towels. Water everywhere on the floor from shower we almost fell.
No shower curtain or door. Will never recommend anyone stay here. There were dead bugs on floor day we checked in and there when we left.

Pros:

We always stay at this hotel, when we visit Sofia, especially for a concert or similar event. The location is perfect, close to Metro station and bus stops. The rooms are spacious enough for a couple. The breakfast is nice.

Cons:

The carpets in some of the rooms are worn-out and could be replaced. The bath towels as well.
