Only complaint which is beyond their control is mosquitoes. Ive stayed there multiple times over the last 3 years and mozzies love me. The current management are aware of the issue and have insect repellent in the rooms.

I was unable to ascertain whether wi-fi was available as there was no information in the room and no staff on site

Cleanliness of bathroom - windows very dirty and fly screens needed dusting.
Most important issue for us was not having a simple check-in, phone numbers on the door were not accessible, no-one on the property, cleaning cart abandoned, gates to kitchen etc. were unlocked but no people around. Concrete in the drive area broken and surrounded by cones.

Terrible smell in room.
Think it was the drains because room was very clean.
Parking spots need to be allocated with room numbers…….. I had an issue with an enormous transit van parked outside my room making access difficult .
No onsite person to discuss….. rang the mobile number posted on the door of reception…the manager not helpful.

We arrived at about 5.30pm and the office was unattended but there was a mobile number to ring. I rang the number and was bluntly told we were in room 2. He rattled off a 6 digit number which I needed to enter the room. I asked him to repeat it then asked if he could stay on the line whilst my husband tried the code this seemed to really irritate him. I found him quite rude. While we were unpacking the car another guest was looking for a staff member as him and his wife both wanted an extra pillow. He commented “this place is weird there’s no staff” We also would have liked an extra pillow but there was only one each which I might add was like a doorstep, so hard. As we were leaving to go out to dinner a man was standing outside the office and my husband asked if he was the owner to which he replied he was. My husband politely asked if we could have extra pillows. He looked at my husband as if he had two heads and bluntly said no, I haven’t got any. Certainly no customer service skills.

No blankets or doona

Everything staff were rude the room wasent clean bugs cobwebs very hard bed may as well slept on the floor
