Use of the poolside and thermal areas is always monitored to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. The property operates a 60-minute booking window for use on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and at busy times.

Children swim times apply between 07:30 and 09:00, and between 17:30 and 19:00, from Monday to Friday, and between 07:30 and 09:00 and between 17:30 and 18:30, on Saturdays and Sundays.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The relaxation pool and whirlpool close 30 minutes prior to closing times. Guests staying in the hotel can access the relaxation pool, thermal areas and gym.

Please Note The spa will be closed from 6pm on June 26th for essential maintenance work. The gym will still be open for use.

A pre-authorization of GBP 50 per room per night is required on arrival for incidentals. This is released upon check-out.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff and reception bar area was great and very classy.

Cons:

The room. Considering the amount paid for an upgrade the lack of attention to detail was astounding. Carpets were scuffed and contain many marks. A lot of the decor had chips in and/or borderline broken. It just did not feel like a classy hotel once you left the lobby. The price of the drinks downstairs was wild.

Fabulous stay . Will be back but maybe not for breakfast
Pros:

Beautiful building and decor inside and outside .Comfortable beds and lovely clean rooms

Cons:

Breakfast set up where the food was displayed was cramped and small . People all falling over each other to get food especially the toast and coffee area . It could be set out better .

Brilliant facilities. Brilliant staff. Great decor.

Cons:

A/C wasn’t pumping out cold. Was hovering around 20-23. Had to get a couple of fans in the room.

Wonderful special occasion stay, highly recommend the hotel
Pros:

Great location, hotel itself has a real wow factor and feels very luxurious and grand. All staff were extremely helpful and professional. Rooms spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. Nice touch with Elemis toiletries.

We used the spa, had a package with a treatment. Spa was ok, staff all very nice but facilities (sauna, steam, pool) were small so not sure it was worth the money, but excellent treatments and the staff who did these were lovely.
