Breakfast was fair enough for such a hotel

Cons:

The bed was made by pushing two single beds together, and they kept separating, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.

We informed the hotel that we wanted to extend our stay for another 3–4 days. Since there was a large group staying during our original booking dates, we were unable to book the room through Booking.com. However, even though the hotel had vacant rooms available, they refused to let us stay at the Booking.com rate for the following day. As a result, we had to pack all of our belongings and leave the hotel.

The hotel's location is also quite far from the city center.

The receptionist who works in the evenings was much more experienced, helpful, and professional. However, the younger receptionist who works during the daytime still lacks experience and should receive additional training on how to assist and communicate with guests properly.
