C est un hotel de 4 * qui ne mérite même pas 2*
Pros:

Seul l emplacement hors la ville mais pas de parking aménagé pour les voitures

Cons:

La nuit du samedi au dimanche sans eau ni chaude ni froide dans tout l hotel jusqu a 11h30 du dimanche l heure de quitter les lieux

Decent hotel but location is not ideal

Very friendly staff

Cons:

Hotel location is not ideal, it sits outside Marrakesh city so yellow taxis cannot be hailed and private taxis charge extortionate rates. There are no shops, supermarkets or decent restaurants within walking distance. This would have been fine if not for the horrible hotel food. Also breakfast was not good and was repeated every single day during our stay.

Disapointing.
Pros:

The garden was amazing.

Cons:

The reception staff were not helpful in assisting me with a taxi to the airport. After waiting for 30 minutes without any support, I had to download a ride-hailing app myself. Additionally, the breakfast experience was disappointing — most items were dry, and the Moroccan tea was consistently cold.

La gentillesse personnel petit dejeuner

Cons:

Hotel très vieux.
Sale.
Sale de bain sale.
Ne merite pas ses 4* ou 3* car sur booking c’est 4* et sur place 3*.
Petit dejeuner tres pauvre.
