It is nit a luxury hotel but clean and very good value for money.
The staff was very friendly & cooperative all the time. The location is central in a quite zone near the Bosphorus.
There wasn't really a terrace in the room as described in booking , which is a disadvatage for the smokers.

The position super close to ferry and Bosphourus bridge.
The position - if you are tired. You have to walk up a stiff cliff..even if Istanbul is on hills.
