It was a horrible stay

Staff was very rude. They blundered on the food I ordered and served something else. When I asked to remake my order they said they are out of stock of eggs.

I dropped something under bed. When I checked under it I saw stash of empty beer bottles, lots of cigarette packs and dirt.

They didn’t provide bucket, towels and asked us to stay in a room with broken water system.

They didn’t provide WIFI service and no cable connection for TV. What sort of hotel asks for money for child under 3 years and no provide WiFi or cable service

Hotel was hard to find, picures don't fit to reality in any way, and place is very dirty, starting from the bed continuing with Bathroom and walls.

Horrible experience. Booked for my wife and son.
Guesthouse like rooms. Worst bath condition. No running hot water. Breakfast was not prepared even at 8 am. Canteen is in store room !

The guy who sat at the reception was super sweet and polite. Room was also fine and clean.

Cons:

First off, the name of the hotel is not Shambhu Krupa, it is Shiv Mahima, if you are going there ask for location because Google shows a different location. The service guy was a bit rude. Whenever we asked him anything he replied in a very rude tone. Besides, there were some noises of quarreling in the middle of the night which was a little disturbing. The location was also a little far from the main area. You need to have a vehicle if you want to explore market at night or take a rickshaw. Food was also not quite good. We ordered paneer it was too much oily.

Pathetic experience - they are spoiling booking.com name.

Staff has no clue how to run a hotel, I included the breakfast in my booking and the worst part is they only serve 1 paratha to 1 person and if you want 2nd paratha they charge.
What is the use of paying extra money for breakfast?
