Japan live
Pros:

Aufenthalt mit höheren und tiefen.
Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht zufrieden stellend . Getränke waren frei und es wurde jeden Tag wie Kleinigkeit ins Zimmer gestellt.
Ein Lichtblick war morgens Yumiko . Vielen dank an sie , sie hat uns immer herzlich willkommen heißen zum frühstücken.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich aber leider nicht für diesen Preis ,der Zimmerservice war einfach, die Betten wurden nicht gemacht und Handtücher waren sehr wenig .
Wenig Komfort zu diesem Preis wir haben mehr erwartet , auf den Bildern sieht es so aus als würde man in einen Garten schauen was nur ein bisschen Hinterhof war , schade .

A perfect stay to experience traditional Japanese house
Pros:

The staff speaks fluent English, highly recommended the street tour.
Our stay, Koujiya, is clean and quiet, and there’s a parking space in front of the house (seems to be the only option with parking space)

大切な人と過ごす場所
Pros:

部屋に入ると木のいい香りとデザイン性の高い家具と町家の融合に非日常な世界観へ引き込まれ
吹き抜け、土間や坪庭などの空間、日本家屋の美しさを再認識出来ました。
年老いた祖母たちがいたので町屋は寒くないか
心配だったが暖かく気持ち良く過ごせました

チェックイン時のおもてなしも外が寒かったのでほっこり。
備え付けの食器や備品、アメニティなどひとつひとつが選び抜かれていてこだわりを感じました。

商店街に近くホテルのが丁寧に詳しくご案内下さったので買い物を満喫できました（お酒、チーズ、ケーキ、朝・夕のおかず、お土産など）

フロントでご案内頂いた酒屋さんに買い物に行ったところ「一回泊まったことがあるけど寝具がすごく気持ちよかった」と聞いていた通りすごく寝心地がよかったです。

商店街や街並みも落ち着いていていい雰囲気。京都までJRで9分、路面電車で平安神宮や比叡山までも近くて京都に泊まるより良いと感じました。
関西に住んでいますが、年寄りや小さい子供がいるのであまり遠くには行けないので今回新年会を兼ねて皆で泊まりましたが、誕生日会や同窓会など気の許す仲間たちと過ごすのに強くお勧めします。居酒屋よりも落ち着いてホテルよりも皆で一緒に楽しめるので良い思い出になること間違いなしです。

素敵な思い出が作れました。

また泊まりたいなと話しています。

Historic meets modern at this wonderful hotel.
Pros:

The property is incredible! Nice coffee machine, lovely snacks, and a great happy hour all add to an excellent experience. We did the morning and evening tours of the architecture and shopping district, respectively, and couldn't recommend more. Incredible and friendly staff are the cherry on top!

Cons:

No parking, but coin parking just down the street is incredibly cheap.

お風呂場に鏡があればと思いました。
あとエアコンから水がずっとポタポタ垂れてたので改善されるともっと満足される方がいらっしゃると思います

ゆっくりのんびり
Pros:

ゆっくりできました
朝食の時に　スタッフの方が丁寧に観光地のことなどお話してくれました

Cons:

お部屋がわからなかった
チェックインの時　案内してもらいたかった

道路に面しているので、車の音や歩いている人の声が聞こえるが夜は人や車が通ることも少ない

街並みの中にとけこんだ一棟貸しの雰囲気がよかった
地域の活性化に積極的に寄与しようとする姿勢がよく伝わってきて共感できたす

Cons:

階段の角材が尖っていて頭をぶつけ、たん瘤ができた
キッチンでも食器入れが低すぎておでこをぶつけた
2泊したが、朝食の内容が殆ど変わらず、量も少なかったので残念

Pros:

昔の町家に泊まれるということでホテルとも旅館とも違う特別感があります。
お風呂は広くてとても使いやすかったことと、化粧水やシャンプー類はハーブ系でとても良い香りでした。あと部屋にあった珈琲やお茶類が滋賀産のものだったし無料でいただける日本酒やワインも滋賀のもので旅気分が味わえて良かったです。

Cons:

町家に泊まれるということで楽しみにしていましたが、値段の割に「・・・」な感じ。

アメニティや調度品はお洒落ですが痒いところに手が届いていない。同行者がTV大好きな高齢の親でしたがタブレット型のTVのスイッチを見つけられず騒いでいました。(裏に小さいボタンがあり確かに分かりづらい)
チャンネル操作(画面タッチ)も家のTVとは違うので最近の電化製品に疎いうちの親のような人には分かりづらいかもと思いました。(トイレの「流す」ボタンも小さい文字且つ英語表記のみ)

風呂場のシャンプー類もなかなか出なくて何プッシュもしなければならず使いづらかった。お洒落にこだわりすぎなのかな？

アメニティはヘアブラシや身体を洗うタオルもないので普通のビジホに比べると不足。

部屋は通りに面しているので車の音が響いて真夜中も目が覚めてしまいました。

チェックインの説明をしてくれたスタッフの方も愛想が良いとは言えず…

普通のホテルとは違った雰囲気を楽しめたのは良かったですが、期待していぶんハードルも上がっていたため、お値段の割に満足度は低くなってしまいました。

Pros:

There are a lot of great things about this hotel. Friendly staff, great location, very clean. I took points off because my room was on the street side and noisy, making it hard to sleep. Also no shower one morning because they forgot to turn on the hot water. On a previous trip, I stayed in a different room that was on the backside of the building and it was great - very quiet. If noise is an issue for you, you might want to check what room you will be in.

Would have been a pleasant stay if it’s not for the almost 24 hours noise. Enjoy the common area for the space for relax
Pros:

Great layout & furnishings

Cons:

We were on the ground floor room along the road. The level of noise particularly from vehicle is pretty bad. I would not have expected to pay that kind of money to stay in a noisy room. Suggest that the windows be insulated.
On top of that, the step divider between the bedroom and toilet can be a safety issue. Just waiting for someone to trip and fall.
