No breakfast.
Water leak from room above was ignored by staff. Shower was a joke with most parts missing, meaning you hold the hose while you bathe with one hand. All glass around shower had been removed. Booking says garden. Staff says no garden. I paid for large double room. Staff says all rooms are the same. No large rooms. I had small amount of laundry done. Charge was ridiculous. They basically have no customer service...

Asked a week in advance after booking price of early check in just to be ignored, room was dirty, noisy, had bugs in room and on towel also really noisy outside. Charged more than agreed for bedroom. Broken curtains so couldn't close them.

They didn’t allow us to check in, they wanted from us to pay 40€ more then it was on booking and we was talking with reception for one hour to fix the problem. Plus, it was dirty, towels had hair on it etc..
