Pros:

Night market is around the corner, ferry is 5 min away, quiet, spacious. There was no smell from the drain some comments stated in both rooms I lived in. The breakfast is basic - eggs and toasts. The window leads to the covered terrace, hence the room doesn't get sunlight, but there is a table outside where you can work or chill during the day.

Pros:

I requested a double bed only to be given 2 singles. They moved me after one night, though. Not the cleanest room/bathroom, they could definitely improve on that.
There is no milk with coffee at breakfast, so unless you drink black coffee, you'll not get your coffee there.
I also booked a minivan to Nong Khiaw and it took 5 hours! When chatting with other travellers, it normally takes 3.5-4 hours.

I wouldn't stay again.

The worst hotel I've stayed in Laos
Cons:

I was very disappointed because the room was very different from the photos on the website. Also, the hotel name on Booking.com is "We House River View", but GoogleMap says "We House Boutique Hotel", and the hotel sign says "We House Guest House". The hotel is not located on a street facing the Mekong River, and even the local taxi drivers couldn't find it. The room was not a river view, and the smell of sewage and mold from the drains was overwhelming, making me feel sick. Also, the room key wouldn't work, so when I told the boy at the front desk, he said, "I'll report this to the manager tomorrow, but there is a security camera, so it's not a problem," and refused to change my room. The next day, they did nothing and it still didn't lock. I was surprised that they assigned me a room that didn't lock (Room 6), and they didn't offer any room change or apology. The breakfast was terrible and not even worth a meal. There are plenty of cheaper and better quality hotels in Luang Prabang, so please be careful not to be fooled by the photos.

Rude manager after irreversible damage on my clothes he reply just not paying is ok, after waiting 24 hours my clothes were still wet mixed with clothes of another guy and bleach on everything , toilette was dirty. I regret to doesn’t make photos of everything

Pros:

飛行機が遅れ、到着時間の変更にもスムーズ対応をしてくださいました。
男性スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで丁寧に対応してくださいました。
夕方～夜にかけて人(ご家族？)が集まり少々に賑やかでしたが、それ以外はとても穏やかな時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

Cons:

特にありませんが、、、
しいて言えば、シャワーノズルが詰まっていたのか水が四方八方に飛び散り周囲を水浸しにしてしまった事。

Good for a few days stop iver
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows, clean, AC, hot water, great staff, laundry service, riverfront location with many tour operators and restaurants nearby, not too far from night market and street foods.

I had a great stay here! The owners are very nice. The guesthouse is beautiful.

Cons:

The room I had would benefit some renovations, especially the bathroom. It would also be nice to provide a bed table and a night lamp. The lights are very bright.
