נהנינו מהשהייה במלון, מהבריכות והשירות הטוב, חוץ מנושא הניקיון שהיה ברמה ירודה
Pros:

המלון הוא בעצם בית דירות. הדירה שקיבלנו - 2 חדרים עם מטבחון מאובזר, טוסטר, מקרר גדול, כיריים, תנור ומכונת כביסה. לחדר יש מרפסת קטנה וחמודה. שני החדרים גדולים. יש מיזוג אויר טוב. יש במלון 9 בריכות. לנו היתה בריכה מתחת לדירה וזה היה נהדר! המקום נהדר למשפחות עם ילדים כי יש בריכות לילדים. יש פעילויות במלון - שיעורי יוגה, התעמלות במים, מכון כושר. ארוחת בוקר סבירה והיתה מתאימה לנו.

Cons:

הדבר היחיד שלא אהבנו קשור בניקיון. הניקיון הוא פעם ביומיים!!! פעם אחת מחליפים מגבות ופעם מחליפים מצעים. לא מנקים בצורה יסודית וטובה את השירותים והחדרים!!! אצלנו חדר האמבטיה היה קטן. במקלחון היתה הצפה וזה מאוד הפריע.

It felt like a more exotic resort, not Bulgaria. Great job!
Pros:

The apartment was large, with 2 double beds and 1 sofa, very clean, modern. The resort is superb, with a lot of vegetation and flowers, very well maintained. A lot of pools (10, i think), with many seats and also with shallow water for children.
Overall, it fells like a small village.

Cons:

Entertainment. Nothing for adults, just a few repetitive things for kids.

Cons:

Ni s-a comunicat ca la ora 15 vom primi camera pe care am rezervat-o , insa a trebuit sa asteptam inca vreo 45 de minute. In tot acest timp, nu ni s au oferit nici măcar cartele pentru accesul în complex, pentru a putea rămâne la una dintre piscine să ne relaxăm pana la pregătirea camerei.
Pe toată perioada cazarii, nu au fost schimbate lenjeriile, nu s-a făcut curățenie în camera și pentru schimbarea prosoapelor și golirea coșurilor de gunoi a trebuit să vorbim cu una dintre cameriste și să insistăm, ajutându-ne cu greu. De asemenea, husa patului avea pete de mâncare.
Grijă mare să aveți și la numărul de prosoape existent în camere, întrucât politica hotelului specifică un cost suplimentar pentru fiecare prosop ce este deteriorat ori lipsa.

Aerul condiționat din cameră nu avea filtrele schimbate ori era defect, mirosind extrem de urat .
Plasa camerei era defecta.
Există extrem de puțini angajați care cunosc limba engleză.

Micul dejun deplorabil. Ouăle (indiferent ca au fost fierte, omletă sau ochiuri) aveau gust ca de plastic și erau unsuroase. Mezelurile erau ținute în soare și aveau un gust ciudat. Sucurile de la automat aveau toate același gust, deși erau disponibile arome diferite. La fel și în privința cafelei.

Pentru a prinde loc pe șezlong era necesar să îl ocupi seara sau să te trezești mai devreme de ora 6. Angajații nu strângeau prosoapele puse pentru a rezerva șezlongurile.

Fajne miejcie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bezpiecznie - nikt bez klucza na obiekt nie wejdzie. Jest czysto i zadbanie

Lokalizacja. Wszystko dostępne na miejscu.

Cons:

Sposób rozwiązania wejść na śniadania i obiado-kolacje. Wymyślono jakieś karteczki - jeżeli rodzina idzie cała nie ma problemu jak ktoś chce chodzić osobno to czepiają się że nie ma karteczki (a tam wejściówka dla całej rodziny) Żona z dzieckiem przyszła 2 min po mnie i trzeba było interweniować bo pani wpuszczająca zaczęła krzyczeć że bez karteczki nie ma wejścia. Ogólnie warto brać pobyt ze śniadaniami a stołować się w lokalnych knajpkach nawet tych dostępnych na obiekcie. Jestem smaczniej i taniej.

O experiență plăcută.
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut totul. Micul dejun acoperă toate gusturile chiar dacă se repetă în fiecare zi. Se poate parca si in afara locației, la parcare amenajată cu plată, 20 lv/zi sau în apropiere fără plată după cum găsești.

Cons:

În prima parte a zilei, pentru a găsi un loc la șezlong la oricare din piscine trebuia să te trezești de la ora 6, ca să ocupi un loc, altfel rămâi pe bancă din apropierea piscinei dacă ai noroc 😂. Din a doua parte a zilei se mai găsește câte un șezlong liber. Și așa pleci la mare care este la 1 km distanță și plătești acolo șezlongul și umbrela, care costă aproximativ 40 lei. Însă acest lucru nu m-a făcut să dau o notă mică locației.

Keyifli bir tatil

2 çocuklu bir aile olarak keyifli bir tatil yaptık,
1 - Odalar oldukça temizdi ki bu bizim için çok önemli, mobilya ile eşyalar yeniydi, bir sorun ile karşılaşmadık.
2 - Site içerisinde oldukça fazla yeşil alan ve havuz olması çok güzel, şezlong bulmakta zorlanmadık.
3 - İçerisinde ki markette ihtiyacınız olacak herşey var, dışarı çıkmamıza gerek kalmadı.
4- Çocuklar için oyun parkları ve havuzları da yeterli sayıda.

Cons:

Sevmediklerimiz:
1 - Site içerisine aracımızı park etmek için gecelik 10 euro gibi yüksek bir ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık.
2 - Ortak alanlarda internete bağlanmak imkansız, kaldığımız süre boyunca bir çok farklı havuzda internete neredeyse hiç bağlanamadık. Odalarda yine daha şanslıydık ama o da yetersizdi.
3 - Plaja yürüme mesafesinde değil, hele ki çocuklu bir aileseniz oldukça yorucu, 20 dk yol yürüyorsunuz.
4 - Mutfak malzemeleri az sayıda, ama zaten bir kaç gün kalınıyor kabul edilebilir. En çok eksikliğini hissettiğimiz cezve oldu, süt ısıtmak ya da türk kahvesi yapmak istiyorsanız yanınıza mutlaka alın :)

Pros:

Totul foarte curat! Doamna care se ocupa venea odată la 2 zile. Piscinele foarte curate, în general tot resortul este foarte bine organizat.

Cons:

Proprietatea nu cred ca are legătură cu asta, însă Restaurantul Lotus nu oferă deloc ceea ce promite ( pe anunțurile lăsate în cameră ) Sunt prezentate zile cu diverse cooking show uri în funcție de zi. Mare atenție! Am fost la ziua cu seafood și am primit doar scoici, nici măcar creveți. În rest este oferită mâncare foarte slabă cum ar fi pizza cu legume, piept de pui, cartofi prăjiți... Nu se merită pentru 40-50 euro!
