Great location
Pros:

Great location, the metro station is 5 minutes walk

Cons:

I arrived and the room was 5 centigrade. Please pre heat the rooms before guests arrive. It's winter in Japan!

ทำเลดีมาก ไม่ไกลจากสถานี JR Sugamo ราคาไม่แพงเมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่นเพราะมีห้องน้ำส่วนตัวด้วย ระบบไฟในห้องทันสมัยเลย

จองห้อง 25 ตารางเมตร แต่บริเวณห้องนอนไม่ใหญ่เท่าที่คิด เพราะห้องน้ำใหญ่มากเกินไป ตู้เย็นมีของขายเต็มตู้ มีที่แช่ของของเราได้น้อย ที่แขวนผ้าแทบไม่มีเลย ในห้องน้ำต้องวางของในตะกร้า และในห้องนอนต้องแขวนไว้ที่โคมไฟ ตอนจองห้องภาพห้องไม่มีว่าเราจะได้ห้องแบบไหน ไปลุ้นเอา

worth a try
Pros:

DCUBE is typical jap. Love Hotel which accepts now also regular customers. The rooms are bit lager than Budget Hotels rooms. No windows, which is normal for a love hotel, but other features like double size bathtub etc. . Ask the friendly receptioninst for details.
Room service for drinks and food available. No breakfast but 7eleven is nearby. The rooms are clean, free WiFi, friendly staff.
The hotel is walking distance from Sugamo station, directly at the railway tracks. You can hear the trains running from your room. A lot of shops, restaurants nearby wich cover all your needs.
Most likely not suitable for a longer stay but worth a try.

Otelin odası genişti, temizdi, jakuzi vardı, çalışanlar güleryüzlü, yardımseverdi, otelin önünde sigara içilebiliyordu, odada yüz maskesi dahil her türlü günlük bakım ürünü vardı, ben oteli çok sevdim
