Refreshing garden and balconies with good price.

Une séjour qu'on aurait préféré ne jamais réserver
Cons:

Dès notre entrée dans l'appartement, une odeur forte nous a accueillis : peinture fraîche mélangée à ce qui ressemblait à une fuite dans le mur. On s'est dit que ça finirait par partir en aérant ,erreur. Plus les heures passaient, plus l'odeur s'intensifiait. Vers 22h, elle était devenue insupportable.
La cuisine était mal équipée pas de cafetière, pas de briquet ni allume-gaz pour le butagaz. Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas non plus, ce qui nous a obligés à descendre à la réception à pied.
Le responsable nous a expliqué qu'il n'y avait pas d'autre appartement disponible. Soit. Mais la vraie question, c'est comment un logement dans cet état a pu être proposé à des clients en premier lieu. Une odeur pareille, une cuisine inutilisable, un téléphone hors service cet appartement n'était tout simplement pas en état d'accueillir des gens. C'est le bagagiste qui a fini par confirmer ce qu'on signalait depuis le début, et c'est seulement grâce à lui qu'une solution a été trouvée.
Zéro anticipation, zéro considération pour les clients, et un logement mis en location dans un état indigne. On a passé des heures à subir une situation que l'établissement aurait dû détecter bien avant notre arrivée. Ce n'est pas un problème de malchance c'est un manque de sérieux flagrant. À fuir.

La localisation au calme , la chambre malgré une climatisation défectueuse et une vmc dans la sdb qui ne fonctionne pas , un restaurant avec un cadre agréable mais une carte où il manque des plats lorsque l’on commande

J’ai vécu un désagrément au spa , une responsable qui prend trop de rdv et au final ne peut réaliser les prestations, je pensais faire ma couleur , pédicure et manucure mais rien au final
