Please note that all reservations must be guaranteed with valid credit card. This same credit card will be required to be presented with owner ID upon arrival otherwise guest must present alternative method of payments.

Meal plan Dinner will be served for all bookings as SOHOR Ramadan.
Meal Plan Breakfast will be served for all bookings as IFTAR Ramadan.
Kids are not allowed at Executive Lounge.

We would like to notify you that our Hotel will undergo partial renovations during the period from 01 October 2025 till 10 February 2026 , the work will take place as follow:

• Operations will run 24 hours a day.
• Noisy activities will be carried out between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
• Logistics and support activities will take place between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AMGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
