フライパンしかなかったので、鍋が助かりました。

住到有一房上下舖房型，但一開暖氣，上鋪會變得非常熱，跟烤箱一樣，只能放棄該床位。

There is noise off the ski lift all night but that’s the price you pay for staying that close to it.

Check in was not smooth and there is no one on site.

Hot water was fickle, dishwasher didn’t work.

If driving a car it’s a pretty tight space for getting to the unit to park. Thankfully there was a parking spot available. It’s really close to the end of a ski run so was worried about skiers or snowboarders running into it but fortunately no issues. It would be nice if that parking space was blocked off more to help skiers avoid that space.

bed set-up wasn't good: 3beds in one small room, the other 3 beds are in the living area separated by half a curtain (half was missing). one main bathroom, the other shower is tiny. no couch to sit on. dining table too small for 6. cold despite all heaters on max. leaky sink.

It took a bit of fiddling to get the hot water to work but once we figured it out it was fine. Some wall hooks to hang wet towels on in the bathroom would be great but otherwise it had everything we needed!

Toilet is no clean
The parking was limit to 3 car during winter season. The optional parking is half km away.
The route to resident is rough. It requires 4x4 to access the residents which is not mentioned in the guidance.

Unfortunately, the room was extremely cold. We arrived in the evening with our children, and the indoor temperature was almost the same as outside — around +3°C. We had to stay fully dressed for a long time and spent more than a full day trying to warm up the room. Even after that, the floors remained icy cold.

There were no bathroom mats in the bathrooms, making it very uncomfortable to stand on the cold floor. The sinks and some dishes were dirty upon arrival, and there were hair strands left by previous guests.

We were not provided with towels, and late at night we had to search for towels ourselves in order to wash ourselves and our children. We contacted the property via Booking, but unfortunately received no response.

The entrance area was quite dirty. Although guests are asked to remove their shoes, doing so meant standing on a cold, wet, and dirty floor, which was very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Overall, while the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, some very basic things were missing. For example, there is a projector, but only one roll of toilet paper. There is full household equipment, but no bathroom mats and no heated floors.

I still do not understand why the room was so cold and why it was not prepared for our arrival, especially considering that we informed the property in advance that we would be staying with small children. The cold temperature significantly affected our experience and made the stay very uncomfortable.
