An artistically decorated studio with a very helpful landlord
Pros:

The studio is spacious and clean. It is furnished artistically with old furniture and electrical appliances, giving you nostalgic feelings. The communion kitchen is well-equipped for preparing simple meals, and the sitting/dining room offers a space for relaxation, like in your own home.
Nicola was very helpful in solving our problems. As we needed to check in earlier than 3 pm, he requested the cleaning company to get the studio ready before 12:30. He also let us check out at noon instead of 11 am. I cannot thank him enough!

Pros:

Tastefully decorated room with lovely four poster bed. Easy to access via keys in keybox. Very responsive owners via WhatsApp, who let us checkin early and checkout late. Communal kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, etc. Good location a 10 min walk from the old town, just off the main road.

Cons:

A few very minor points for improvement:
Overhead shower head didn't work although detachable shower head did
Would have appreciated another bin besides the tiny one in the toilet
Bed could use a bedside table and closer plug sockets

Highly recommended.
Pros:

A wonderful boutique stay full of character and charm. The vintage sewing-machine desk is a piece of art in itself, and the complimentary coffee and water were much appreciated. What really made the difference was the handwritten welcome note from the owner and the old Bucharest photograph — small details that made me to feel truly welcomed.

Pros:

A beautiful and very well located studio. Perfect for my short stopover.

Cons:

I couldn't find the coffee machine. Didn't matter though - there were several specialty coffee shops nearby :)

Overall a fost ok, locatia e chic si super centrala, ceea ce e un plus
Pros:

Super buna locatia. Decorațiuni de bun gust, baia f ok si canapeaua si fotoliul f comode

Cons:

Salteaua f tare la patul din metal, nu strica un topper, e cam incomoda o singura plapuma mare, fara extra paturi. Lipsa noptiere si prize la indemana. Designul e superb dar nu si practic

Perfect stay
Pros:

The hotel has good location, it is quiet and near from the city center, cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and many tourist attractions. It’s also near from metro stations and bus stations where you have direct access to the airport OTP. The host provides everything we need in detail with photos, so we found the hotel and entered the room without difficulties. Our room is large and fully equipped with daily necessities, in early winter the heating works perfectly. The host is nice and answered messages quickly.

Cons:

You need to let water run quite a while to have warm water in the bathroom

Truly a home away from home
Pros:

My apartment at Art Boutique Residence was the perfect place for me — truly a home away from home. Spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details that make you feel comfortable and welcome. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a washing machine, so you have everything you need for a longer stay. My host, Nicola, was exceptionally kind and responsive, always quick to help with anything I needed. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing, the place was ideal for me.
