Alles war super – Sauberkeit, Rezeption und der gesamte Aufenthalt waren top.
Die Dusche war leider defekt und das Wasser lief in alle Richtungen. Ansonsten war aber alles top.
Really liked this hotel. Great value. The lady on reception was very kind and helpful. There’s private parking across the street but they let me park my motorcycle right in front of reception. Very happy, would recommend.

First and foremost, I would highlight the staff, who are exceptionally professional and kind! They are at your service at every moment and fully dedicated to the guests. Camera pulita e molto moderna. Colazione buonissima preparata al momento dallo staff cucina. Personale alla reception molto disponibile e simpatico, ci hanno consigliato anche un parcheggio (offerto da loro) per le moto. unico inconveniente : la domenica mattina non vi era l acqua, era un guasto e ci è stato riferito che dalle 7 avrebbero ripristinato non prima delle 10,.. “puo capitare”.
non ho gradito il fatto che, al momento della prenotazione, non fosse specificato che, a causa dei lavori in corso, il ristorante non fosse disponibile. Questo è stato per noi un disagio

Size of room
There was construction work and everyone in hotel was pretending that is not without 0 apology. I traveled the world from East to West and this was one of 2 the worst places we stayed from 100+ hotels. I spend half of life in hotels. Simply save yourself nerves and stay in Mariott or any other hotel in Sarajevo.
Easy acessible and extremely clean
Comfortable bedroom, close to tram station and river bank
Was under refurbishment works and location a little far from historical center.
