Pros:

Osoblje, čistoća ,ljubaznost, prostrane sobe,udoban krevet.

Cons:

Najgori hotelski doručak do sada. Kajgana od dva jajeta sa salamom starom nekoliko dana. TV programi nedostupni.

Не уютный отель
Cons:

Абсолютно не понравился отель, начиная с администратора на ресепшене - не приветливый. В номере отвратительный холодный свет везде, что дало ощущение того, что находишься в больнице. Если не закрыть окно - будет очень шумно с улицы. Проснувшись с утра,обнаружили полное отсутствие всякой воды, даже умыться не смогли. Персонал только разводил руками, типа какая-то авария. Быстро собрались и уехали с чувством полного отвращения к этому месту. Не рекомендую.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Really nice modern hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Around 20-25 min walk to Baščaršija. Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed and free secure parking nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The staff could have been a bit friendlier, but nothing negative in general.

Pros:

Staff was very nice, room was clean and food was good, but we would like a bit more option for breakfast. But will definitely come back if we’re ever in Sarajevo again.

Pros:

Great location and spatious, clean room.
Staff is so friendly and helpful! Housekeepers, breakfast waiters, receptionists - everyone, without exception. They make an effort to remember guests’ names and needs and go out of their way to accommodate them as much as possible.

Cons:

I’m giving it a 9 instead of a 10 only because the elevator is quite small and the door sensor is unreliable, especially when you have a large suitcase or a stroller.

Greit priset hotell, som svarte totalt sett opp til forventningene.
Pros:

Det var en restaurant med meny og da med litt begrenset utvalg i forhold til hva som er vanlig på hotell med internasjonale gjester. Men det vi bestilte og det vi fikk av mat var helt utmerket. Betjeningen snakket greit engelsk og vi kunne gjøre hverandre forstått.

Excellent Cleanliness, Disappointing Breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day, which is quite rare nowadays. The room itself was adequate, although the mattress was rather firm.

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and one of the main reasons I kept returning was the excellent breakfast served in the restaurant on the top floor. Unfortunately, this has been discontinued, and shortly before my arrival I was informed that breakfast is now served in the restaurant on the first floor.
The new breakfast is truly disappointing. Guests must choose between eggs, a croissant, or cereal, accompanied by coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. As someone who does not eat carbohydrates, I ended up eating the same eggs every morning for three days. This level of breakfast offering is far below what one would expect from any hotel. Even many two-star hotels provide a much wider variety of breakfast options.
Management, please bring back the previous breakfast service!

Perfekte Lage um jede Seite der Stadt gut erreichen zu können. Nicht nur mit der Straßenbahn, sondern auch mit dem Auto, da es noch nicht in der stressigen Teil übergeht.
Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Ausstattung besser als beschrieben. Wird definitiv wieder gebucht

Čista simpatična soba i ugodan boravak!
Pros:

Jako ljubazno i stručno osoblje koje je ispunilo moju zamolbu za "tihom" sobom. Jako udoban madrac u jednokrevetnoj sobi. Besplatan parking.

Cons:

Internet je bio nešto sporiji u jednoj sobi.
