Pros:

The service and staff are excellent, from the reception to the restaurant. All employees are very kind and professional, the best thing about this hotel. Everything is neat and clean.

Great choice for stay in Sarajevo.
Pros:

I am staying often in this hotel, and find it very convenient for my business trips. Good connections to all locations in Sarajevo. Hotel is nice, rooms are relatively small but very clean and well equipped. What I like most is staff, always with smile, friendly, helpful, great hospitality... Breakfast is very, very good.
