Pros:

Very pleasant and helpfull staff and great location.

Cons:

In some parts of the hall there different levels of the floor. It should be warning signs available because older people may slip!

Ottima soluzione per chi arriva in auto, hotel curato e confortevole
Pros:

Hotel curato, camera e bagno spaziosi, receptionist gentile. Ottima soluzione per chi ha l'auto (disponibile lì vicino un parcheggio che costa 15 marchi al giorno per chi non è convenzionato con l'hotel) e vuole spostarsi in centro tramite il tram che dista 200 mt.

Bei sehr gutem Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut empfehlenswertes kl. Hotel mit individ. Service.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Mit den Öffis konnten sämtliche Ziele rund um die Uhr erreicht werden. Zudem war die Uferpromenade an de Mijazka zeitnah erreicht werden. Kleine Probleme wurden im Hotel umgehend und äußerst freundlich erledigt.

Čistoća u hotelu je zadovoljavajuća, ljubaznost hotelskih djelatnika također.

Cons:

Iako dovoljan, a la carte doručak je daleko ispod razine hotela 4*. Isto se odnosi na cjelokupan hotel koji ničim ne zaslužuje kategorizaciju koju ima. Hotel treba kompletnu renovaciju jer je interijer star, dijelom uništen i realno na razini je 2*. Zvučna izolacija nikakva, a hotel je pozicioniran na glavnoj sarajevskoj aveniji.
