We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent — close to cafés, restaurants, and the city center, which made everything very convenient.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially Angelina at the reception. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was good, although it could have had a little more variety. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again.

Property was very clean, very well equipped and renovated. All the necessary items were present in the room. The location was amazing, staff very helpful and amiable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was eas very pleasant and thats due to people who work here. Big thanks to the lady in the front office and the lady who lended us an iron and ironing table.

Hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar y una vez dentro del patio es un poco confuso
La localización muy céntrica, el personal muy atento y amable, la habitación muy limpia y mobiliario moderno.
Había una claraboya en el techo de la segunda planta y no había persiana ni cortina, por lo que la luz te despertaba a las seis de la mañana. Además, al ser una buhardilla, es incómodo para estar de pie en ciertas zonas de la habitación. Nos golpeamos la cabeza varias veces. Las habitaciones no están aisladas y se escuchan los ruidos del pasillo, además de la luz del pasillo, que permanece encendida toda la noche y se cuela por las rendijas de la puerta.
The location
I booked a Triple Room with double bed but got the Budget room with a quite small bed. In addition to that, the room was very cold as it’s still 6-7 degrees at night in Gyumri this time of year. The heating was turned off and we had to sleep with light blankets. The staff didn’t offer any solutions to this problems when we brought them up. Definitely not worth the high reviews and 5 stars it has.
