Useless hotel , never recommend for any international traveler
Pros:

Few staff were nice and able to understand concerns and help !

Cons:

1. No proper internet reach near the bedroom
2. Changed the room three times due to multiple issues like floor ceiling leak , shower floor drain blockage and foul smell , internet issues
3.Useless breakfast for the price they charged , very limited options , however I requested hotel to give one omelette and seasonal fruits , they have provided .
4. So many times power cut , have to wait for long either at room to get down or at reception to get back to room
5. Very marginal value for money
6. Not worth the price they are charging

Pros:

The size of the room in the Picture was different from its actual size. The light went off every 30 to 45 minutes, and there was no light throughout the night. Then in the morning, there was a debate on what I was entitled to as my complimentary breakfast. Then, when I ordered, it took 1 hour for my food to arrive.
The connections to the TV were hanging everywhere and were not protected

Cons:

The location was great, but the room setting was a nono for the amount I was paying, the reason I had to leave the hotel immediately. The Staff are friendly and they have to manage the situation, by apologising and begging for me to stay longer, like I had planned.

Avoid this place at all cost

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Customer service was really terrible. They included services they don't offer on their booking.com listing. The room was also much smaller than expected, smelly, and there were tiny cockroaches running around.
The staff were very clueless on how to interact with customers. The general manager was very rude while the manager was very inconsequential in resolving any complaints. The experience was extremely underwhelming.

Although the staff were very nice and management helpful, the hotel experience was not 4*

Cons:

The room view was supposed to be sea but was a building site,. The AC in the gym was not working and we had to tell them to fix it. The breakfast was of a poor standard.The pool was very dirty and we asked them to clean it.

Lovely staff - Gated Complex
Pros:

Lovely staff. The hotel has good amenities as well. The location is excellent, and the apartment block is also gated, so it's quite secure. There is a spa and a pool on site which made our stay even better. Breakfast was also ok.

Bad customer service
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

They offered my room to someone else, and I was forced to pay for an upgrade as it was too late looking for another hotel.
They also moved my things to another room the next day while i was out and about without my consent.
The manager blamed everyone except himself. Other staff were ok, but the front desk manager has no business being one.

Worst experience and the worst I’ve ever stayed
Pros:

Nothing about them is good poor customer service and the pool is so dirty

Cons:

They didn’t keep to the agreement of 2 breakfast after making payment for it. And they charge higher just to give you morning breakfast in your room
