Pros:

Die Architektur des Hauses war wirklich besonders. Das Haus diente lange als Schule und so ging man im „Klassenzimmer“ essen. Der Koch bereitet köstliche Nudeln selbst zu und ist sehr kreativ in der Zubereitung der Speisen.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist gerade am Umbau und im Abriss, weshalb der Park zum See gerade nicht gut genutzt werden konnte.

Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächste Auszeit im Kavaliershaus!
Pros:

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt!!!! Sehr zugewandtes, aufmerksames Personal, leckeres Frühstück, die Suite Nummer 1 ist ein Traum, die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar ruhig, super geeignet für Spaziergänge - und das Restaurant hat mehr Wohlfühlatmosphäre, als das Foto vermuten lässt.

Cons:

Da die durchgehende Matratze des Doppelbetts relativ weich ist, ist leider jede Bewegung des anderen zu spüren.

Very nice house, very comfortable and pretty interior design.

Cons:

Environment around property a bit depressing; we were not informed about restaurant in winter break, nothing close by as alternative. It would have been good to receive more information upfront about modalities of the stay. Public transport very difficult.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein ganz übles Zimmer !
Außentemperatur 0 Grad und die Heizung war aus !!! Das alte Gemäuer hat sich auch nicht erwärmt , Heizung viel zu klein und 3,50m Deckenhöhe !
Sind demzufolge 19,30h ins Bett !
TV eine einzige Katastrophe , nicht zu gebrauchen !
So etwas hatten wir noch nicht !!!
Nie wieder !!!
Die Beschreibung , alles gelogen !
Kein Winterdienst vor dem Gebäude und auf dem Weg zum Parkplatz.Sehr unangenehm und gefährlich vereist !!!

One of the best hotels I stayed in, in a long while.
Pros:

- Beautiful, peaceful rooms, spacious with a crimson yellow autumnal scenery outside the windows
- Exceptional service - the couple that manages the hotel were incredibly attentive and kind. Their care really made a massive difference
- beautiful grounds, lakes and nearby nature walks and trail run or biking opportunities and a nice sauna to relax in at the end of the day
- Delicious fine dining-esque food and great wines

Es war alles wunderbar.
Pros:

Lage sehr ruhig und entspannt, weiß man vorher, wenn man sich mit der Unterkunft beschäftigt. Der Garten war wunderbar angelegt, überall Hortensien. Das Gartenhäuschen für die Kids ist wunderbar und der Weg zum Finckensee ist in weniger als 3 Minuten zu erreichen, praktisch für Saunagäste. Es gab kein Muss, nur ein Kann das Frühstücks Buffet, Mittags- oder Abendmenü zu buchen. Dies war von einem auf den anderen Tag möglich. Suite war sehr ausreichend und gemütlich. Alles war in der Küchenzeile vorhanden, passende Zeitschriften lagen im Zimmer zum schmökern. Die Möglichkeit das Frühstück auch draußen in dem schönen Garten zu sich zu nehmen, fand ich super. Die Fahrräder sind vollkommen ausreichend, eine schöne Idee das Land zu erkunden.

Cons:

Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Bad ein wenig klein (Ablagemöglichkeiten, ein zusätzlicher Regalboden wäre gut), für uns 2 war es völlig ausreichend, die baulichen Gegebenheiten sind halt so. In dem einen Schlafzimmer wäre eine Kommode oder ein Regal zur Aufbewahrung der Kleidung von Vorteil, wie in dem anderen Schlafzimmer. Sicherheit: Anti-Rutsch-Streifen auf der Holztreppe in der Suite mit kleinen indirektem Licht (Bewegungsmelder) für einen sicheren Auf- und Abgang wären toll. Bei den Balken, die niedrig durch den Raum schweben, wären zarte Lichterketten oder zarte, warme Nachtlichter (USB-Betrieben mit Bewegungsmelder) super.
