Hence it is a new hotel there were still repairments. They were installing lift system. Gym wasn't working.

Disappointing Stay with Numerous Issues

The location is good.

Cons:

The check-in time was listed as 12:00, I arrived at 12:30 and still had to wait half an hour to get my room. The hotel is poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness, with the trash bags left unemptied from the previous guest, a broken shower with poor water flow, and a drain that doesn't work properly. They don't replenish the soaps adequately. They claim to have a gym, but they don't (there's only a ping pong table). There is no elevator. The reception staff are unprofessional (sleeping, watching TV, smoking at the door, etc.). Broken outlets, signs of dampness, torn sheets, very dirty windows. The breakfast service is unattended, with little variety in the food.

Good place to rest in Qarshi
Pros:

Confortable and clean facilities, kind service, and reasonable price compared to other hotels in Qarshi. If we come back to Qarshi no doubt we will repeat in Hostel Royal Plaza

Cons:

Maybe the breakfast service could be a bit more helpful (also the language barrier was an issue, so maybe it was not due to lack of interest)

Big room.
Breakfast included.
Parking area.

Cons:

Dirty bathroom and toilet. It's seems that they cleaned the room but forgot about bathroom.
No soundproofing, but noisy neighborhood.
Breakfast isn't good: everything was cold already and there was no staff with whom to discuss it.
And so on.
Way too expensive
