Pros:

very accomodating staff especially the owner. she made us feel very comfortable , she is very easy to reach, very clean place feels like at home. Strongly recommended esp for those who will take Nclex exam , its nearby

The staff and owner were very accomodating and friendly and the place itself is clean.

Cons:

The location. There are so many instances wherein I had to order food via Grab Food and all of them cannot find the location even if I pinned it correctly upon ordering.

Experience is ok if you are not fuzzy since it is value for money.
Pros:

The condo is situated near the Festival Mall and Alabang Town Center. The surroundings are quiet and nice with breezy air.
There is free internet access although sometimes signal drops off.
There is free filtered water and lots of amenities such as a honesty store.
Lots of linen and pillows , towels ,liquid soap etc
Aircon is good and cold
Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable

Cons:

There are few parking slots and I have to secure it by getting there early. It cost Php 260/day.. Do not book if you have a car and cannot get a reserved parking slot .
Cell phone signal is weak and unreliable.
There is no microwave.
Water pressure is low and showering is not pleasant,
