Great stay for folks who are departing on an early flight from Belize City.

Location. very pretty spot on the point. 10 min from the airport
Easy to book paid travel from hotel to airport. Reasonable price as well.
Staff was very nice
Overall a great place to stay when you are departing for the airport the next day. Just don't eat at the restaurant.
We were upgraded to a beach cottage. for us, a hotel room would have been better because the bathroom wall doesn't reach the ceiling so when traveling with a friend it's a bit awkward to have to listed to someone using the bathroom. A cabana is quaint, but for us, we should have stuck with the conventional hotel room. but the cabanas are very nice. comfy beds. just the bathroom short wall is weird.

Not great
I don't like it when a place has their menu prices in USD. even though it's listed in small print, it's misleading and feels like it's tricking us. I was surprised this facility did this trick to make more money. It was not appreciated. We felt ripped off.
The restaurant food was awful. and overpriced. the worst meal we had in Belize and one of the most expensive. be sure not to eat here, even for breakfast.

Value, quiet, great location
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable beds, nice clean rooms
Friendly Staff

Cons:

Did not care for the rough bumpy road there
The gates were locked to come back in
Did not like the curtain that was slightly opened by the door because of poor design
Did menu should include some other type of meat for people that do not eat pork, it was not only us another customer was there that did not eat pork

Beautiful property but disappointing.
Pros:

The rooms were very nice. Roomy. Clean linens. Very beautiful view!

Cons:

Not as advertised. Insufficient shaded seating at pool. Two hour wait for subpar food...stale chips, overcooked shrimp, mushy vegetables. Advertised as having a bar, but minimal selection and not prepared to our order. Staff didn’t seem to share information so we got several different answers to the same questions. Ant infestation in room we stayed it. Most of our complaints could have been dealt with if it was honestly advertised. We really wanted to love it, but were disappointed, sadly. A property with great potential, but several things need improvement.

Pros:

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Room, beds, shower and Staff was perfect. Food was excellent and delicious. The Hotel was near of Airport, excellent to finish your trip.

Run down, over priced food, a beach you can’t use, difficult to get anywhere. People were nice.

A good place to stay coming or going to the airport. Resort like with activities.
Pros:

ool could have been cleaner but otherwise it was a nice pool. The grounds were well kept and scenic.

Cons:

The restaurant food was fair and it wa a bvit difficult finding te place. Signage would help.

Easy, quick stay. BYOB dinner.
Pros:

Easy stay pre airport departure. We even got to see manatees early in the morning before we headed out from the dock - definitely the highlight.

Cons:

Beds were harder than we prefer. Bring your bug spray.
