This was the high light of our stay...sweet Daisy and her crew were delightful, professional, and swift for our party of 15... they were absolutely wonderful!
I rather not say, but we will not be returning.
La habitación era cómoda. La señora de la cocina es amable y servicial.
La ubicación es pésima, muy lejos, difícil acceso, zona sin nada cerca. La piscina estaba sin mantenimiento y el fondo sin aspirar. No tiene acceso a playa y mar. La carta del restaurante es muy limitada, no hay opciones para todos y es costoso. El desayuno incluido en la reserva solo tiene fruta, un poquito de yogurt y tostadas, no tiene bebidas ni huevos. La atención en el lobby no es cortes.
The cabins were adorable, the staff were so helpful. We had enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and tried to watch for manatees with no luck! The staff were so helpful and set us up an early morning shuttle for our trip to the airport and everything was timely.
This was not a problem for us, but you should know that it’s down a long road with no other services so you’ll need a car or taxi to get to or from the property.

Het zwembadwater was niet schoon.
De service in het restaurant was zeer slecht: lange wachttijden terwijl het niet druk was, matige kwaliteit van het eten zeker gezien de hoogte van de prijs. Er zijn geen alternatieven om te eten op loopafstand.
Het personeel was onvriendelijk en reageerde geïrriteerd als je iets redelijks vroeg zoals bijvoorbeeld drinkwater wat niet in de kamer standaard aanwezig was.

Close to the Airport.
An older property that is slowly falling apart. Our first room the AC didn’t work at all. Our new room was OK, clean decent bed, shower was a broken down fancy multi- head shower that would only dribble water from the shower head. Many things outside are in need of maint. Feels like someone really cared originally and now the pride and care just are not there.
Everything was perfect. Location was spectacular and the staff were incredible

The Breakfast included in the price was good and satisfying; fruits, bread, jam, a tiny bit of yogurt, coffee. The location is good, but be aware that is a bit out there so you have to take. A taxi to get there and then you can’t go out easily to do shopping or go to a restaurant if you don’t want to eat at their restaurant. On the other hand, it’s great to be away from the noisy and busy city, surrounded by mangrove trees, flowers, and the sea right in front. The best part is the pool. As a last day of our trip before leaving Belize, the pool felt like a real treat to relax and escape the heat. the airport is close and they arrange transportation for you, so it’s a good location to stay before departure. It’s also great to see that the owner, who is Belizean, is making an effort to maintain the mangroves, whereas most other beach front hotels completely destroy the mangrove.
The food at the restaurant is expensive and not the best… be aware that the prices are in US dollars, not in Belizean dollars as is the case in the majority of restaurants and other touristy tours and activities.
The location is great and feels safe if you are staying near Belize City. It isn’t far from the airport and the sea view is lovely!

Overall a great place to stay when you are departing for the airport the next day. Just don't eat at the restaurant.
We were upgraded to a beach cottage. for us, a hotel room would have been better because the bathroom wall doesn't reach the ceiling so when traveling with a friend it's a bit awkward to have to listed to someone using the bathroom. A cabana is quaint, but for us, we should have stuck with the conventional hotel room. but the cabanas are very nice. comfy beds. just the bathroom short wall is weird.

I don't like it when a place has their menu prices in USD. even though it's listed in small print, it's misleading and feels like it's tricking us. I was surprised this facility did this trick to make more money. It was not appreciated. We felt ripped off.
The restaurant food was awful. and overpriced. the worst meal we had in Belize and one of the most expensive. be sure not to eat here, even for breakfast.
