Shameless People; I cannot say I liked anything about my stay, as most aspects were frustrating and unsatisfactory.
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it.
1. There was a pre-wedding event happening at the property which completely ruined my stay. I couldn’t sleep even for a second, and despite requesting the hotel, I had to personally ask the families to stop disturbing other guests.
2. During check-in staff member Ganesh assured me that the issues I faced at another property of theirs would not happen here, and that breakfast would be ready by 7:30 am. Unfortunately, this promise was not kept.
3. I ordered a simple dinner around 8:00 pm. Three different people called to confirm my order, and one mentioned it would take at least an hour due to the pre-wedding event. I had to raise my voice to get my dinner delivered within 10 minutes — which makes me question the quality and authenticity of the food preparation.
4. The next morning, I tried to order breakfast before checkout, but Aditya informed me the kitchen opens only at 8:00 am — the same time I had to check out. I had to order from Blinkit instead, and even then, no hotel staff were courteous enough to deliver the package to my room. Aditya was roaming around but did not assist at all.
5. At checkout, I requested that my dinner charges be waived since breakfast was not provided, but Aditya insisted I wait for breakfast even though I was standing at the reception ready to leave. Ultimately, the dinner charges were not waived. I was charged ₹2400 for the room and almost ₹600 for dinner, which is completely unjustified considering the poor service and inattentive staff.
6. To add to the frustration, Arvind, one of their Limewood chain managers, had asked me back in October 2025 to delete my review on Booking.com, assuring me that I would never face issues at any of their properties again and that I would receive a discount on my next stay. He never picked up my calls, never offered any discount, and this stay was just as horrible, disgusting, and completely dissatisfying as the last one.

Stay was really really comfortable and check-in was a very easy process. Staff here was really helpful esp Ganesh at reception was very kind and super helpful. Room was very neat and clean, in fact entire property is very tidy.
Location of the property is great as its easily accessible from the main road and locality is very safe..
