Pros:

Waiting for Booking.com to approve the refund. Quality Inn is willing to refund my stay, but not if booking charges them a fee. I did not stay there because I did not feel safe.

The room was clean, service was good.

Cons:

The room we were given smelled very strongly of mold. There was obviously a flood at one point, the wooden door to the adjacent room, was swollen beyond the frame. rust on metal parts, door frame etc.

The price was great, but the hotel could definitely improve its cleanliness.
Pros:

I liked the price for the stay. We had to pay an additional $15 for our dog, which was expected. However, I didn’t understand why we were also charged an extra $25 at check-in for pet cleaning, as this fee was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel’s description.

The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient.

Cons:

The rooms could definitely be cleaned better. The bed linens were dirty, the bathroom light wasn’t working properly, and the hair dryer didn’t work at all. The pool was also dirty and really needs to be cleaned.
